Almost 20 minutes lapse between me ordering and actually going to DD. I’m tired of it. $5 a coffee, you’re a scam of money and time. You have officially lost my business. Came here every day but I’m done. You guys suck at business every step of the way.

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for 2 coffees and 2 doughnuts!!!! Of course the coffee was made incorrectly. We didn’t go back to have the coffee corrected, there was no point. The owner really needs to get on top of things. Hire people that actually can make a cup of coffee. Pay them a living wage and you might increase your profits. It’s beyond terrible!

I wish I could give this place half a star. Every time I go to this Dunkin there’s people yelling at eachother in the drive through, they always mess up my order, and the employees have the worst attitude. This morning I wanted coffee so I went there and waited in a line of cars. After waiting so long and most of the cars left we knew there was something wrong. This Dunkin is always open before 7am. We went in and nobody was there. The gas station portion of the store was open but the Dunkin was dark. Apparently nobody showed up for work today causing many people to wait in line for nothing. Never going to this Dunkin again.

Dunkin’ on Main St in Canaan is horrible! Yesterday they weren’t serving food today my husband went back and got me my black coffee with sweet cream foam that I’ve been wanting and when she handed him a coffee with cream he said this isn’t right. She argued with him and said yes it is I just mixed in the sweet cream. No no no. Then the sandwiches were wrong as well. We will not be going back there instead we’ll be going to McDonald’s for now on if we decide we’re want something quick for breakfast.

In a hurry? Want to be ignored? Have slow meandering staff ignore you with no sense of urgency? How are these people still employed? Once again I get behind a long line of irritated people and a cashier with the enthusiasm of a DMV employee and half the speed takes an order like it’s causing him agony. Once ordered, pull out your phone and queue up your favorite movie and get into it, the food will take a LONG LONG time. I left. Said forget it. Not the first time I’ve tried this establishment but it’s certainly the last time.
Avoid not worth it.

I ordered a Morning Joe and dozen donuts an hour in advance through the app, it still was not ready when I arrived. The staff at first said it would only be a minute. 15 minutes later, I’m late for work and what was supposed to be a simple pick-up quickly became snarky responses from staff and being told “It is going to be a while.” Now I’m out forty bucks, in my opinion, stear clear of this Dunkin Donuts, the McDonald’s right up the street has the same quality coffee!

This is a waste of my time to even write but it’s the only thing I can do to let out my frustration. We live in town and go to this dunkin once or twice a month. In the past we have received multiple completely black burnt bagels, FROZEN hash browns, dirty lids, wrong orders, etc. I always tip and have never once complained/said anything because, we’ll, it’s not a fancy place and it’s busy and the employees have a lot going on. We’ve learned it takes an obscenely long time to get through the drive thru, so we’ve started mobile ordering. Today I placed a mobile order for a bagel with cream cheese, hash browns, and one donut as a treat for my kid at 8:12. I arrived at 8:22 to find multiple people standing around waiting for their orders. I waited for 10 minutes before asking the person behind the counter if they’d received my order. After finding my order she simply said “we don’t have bagels, you can have a donut”. I get that this is a minimum wage job, and it’s clearly been a crappy morning for them there, but an ‘I’m sorry’ or ‘What could we get you instead’ would’ve been a lot better than this person telling me in the way they did that I could ‘Have a donut’ Instead of the bagel I ordered. They gave me 2 donuts instead of the bagel plus the donut I ordered, and (while holding the receipt from my order 20 minutes earlier) asked me if I had a coffee too, and I said no, hash browns, but at that point I had to leave to get my child to school on time and couldn’t wait even longer so just left. It’s extremely frustrating that they were out of so many things and allowed online orders to be placed; that I waited 20 minutes for food that was never coming; and that the employee assumed I’d want 3 donuts for breakfast instead of offering a refund or asking me what I might actually want instead. It is 100% worth giving your business to Homegrown cafe which we will be doing from now on instead. You can online order there, and it’s about a 15 minute wait, which is the same as dunkin ironically, but the food and coffee is higher quality and better for you. It’s been way too many screw ups with this particular dunkin and it’s only getting worse.
