The wings are pretty good and the fries are good also. The staff was friendly, but we only had 1 person in front of us, and it still took 30 minutes to get our food. I know they have online orders and pick up orders to fill, but 30 minutes is way too long.

I placed an order through DoorDash, but all my food arrived burnt. When I called, the young lady on the phone told me I could drive to the restaurant, and they would remake the order, which completely defeats the purpose of using DoorDash. I’ve visited this place a few times, and the experience is inconsistent—more misses than hits.

Waited over an hour for my food which was the 6 wing combo (nothing big). The workers couldn’t care of the wait time and avoided me as best at they can. Upon receiving my order and opening it back home, there were feathers still on my wings. Not any small little feather but a little again and the wings could have made full flight. Poor poor poor

Me and my boyfriend came here with our medium size dog, wanting to dine in for lunch. My boyfriend placed an order and went to the bakery next door to buy coffee while I went and grabbed a table. My dog was sitting next to me when, whom I’m assuming is the manager, someone came and asked quite aggressively “is that a service dog because you can’t be here if it’s not”. I was taken aback but decided to avoid escalating the situation, I told her “no worries we’ll take our order to go”. I’m waiting by the front for my order with my dog sitting then laying very calming and I hear the manager telling her staff off for “allowing a dog inside her store” and “go clean that table since the dog climbed on it”(my dog did not). I felt like the manager exaggerated the situation over nothing, especially when there was only one customer dining and I intentionally picked a table very far away from them to give them a peaceful time, in addition to there not being a sign in front of “her store” that stated “no dogs allowed” or “service animals only”. Great first experience. Will not be coming back here again.

Bf and I came in (6/8, 2 pm) ordered boneless wings. They gave us bone in. When I said we ordered boneless the lady working the front register goes “no you got classic”. We both remember ordering boneless. We kept it cause we were hungry and didn’t wanna make a big deal, but hated her attitude.

I visited Wingstop with the intention of trying it for the first time. However, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. When I realized it, I went back to see if I could change it. To my great surprise, both the cashier and the manager were incredibly helpful. The manager’s kindness and willingness to assist made my experience truly wonderful. I am very grateful for their excellent service, and I couldn’t miss the chance to write a review.
