Once in a lifetime drive-thru experience. A pre-recorded robot asked me if I wanted a combo with a Dave’s Craft Lemonade, and then when I said no I ended up waiting for 5 minutes for a human before giving up. As I drove past I noticed that only one employee appeared to be on shift and they looked to be having a nervous breakdown in the lobby.
Used to really like this Wendy’s but whoever’s running it either can’t keep staff or can’t manage their shifts well so the last four times I’ve went it’s been really bad in a unique way. Not going to roll the dice and see what surprise I’d find if I tried again, will be avoiding this Wendy’s like the plague going forward.

Made the mistake of stopping there for breakfast a few days ago. I was the only car in the drive through, they took my order and money and I was told to pull ahead and wait at the door because the “bacon would be done in three minutes”. 15 minutes later I had to call the restaurant from my car as the food hadn’t been delivered yet. The lady said the “bacon took longer than expected” and suddenly the food was ready. I see now they don’t open until 10am and skip breakfast entirely. Probably smart

Horrible service. Stood inside which has no heat at least 5 minutes waiting to order while employees stood there laughing. Wasnt like they were busy or anything….

I pick my partner up from work between 10:30-12AM. There’s not a lot of food options around this time . We’ve tried Wendy’s multiple times and it’s always a mess. Sometimes it the fountain machine doesn’t work. Sometimes they don’t have a certain food item. Sometimes the fryers don’t work. I’m always waiting more than 15 minutes and that’s being generous . Multiple times I’ve seen the employees standing around, eating food, they’ll have me pull forward surely not to run up their drive thru time & when they bring food out they’ll lock themselves out the store (that’s happen at least three times) the staff is not customer friendly.

Walked in yesterday 1/17. It was as cold inside as it was outside. No lights were on and it was 4pm on a Saturday. It was a really weird experience. I have never in my life been in a restaurant that was that cold and unwelcoming. Went thru the drive thru instead and got food for my son and then went down the road to eat inside Freddy’s. Feels like they did it on purpose so no one would eat inside.

Whoever owns this place needs to sell and get a new owner who can hire employees that do stuff right. I order a 10 pieces spicy nugget, I get home and there’s literally 8 nuggets lol. How hard is it to count to 10? I also asked for fresh and said I dont mind waiting. They have me pull up and I wait about 10 minutes. Then they bring me out cold food! I sure would love a refund, but it seems like the owner can’t afford to hire decent employees.

Buyer beware. This was the worst Wendy’s we ever visited. The help was avoiding to help with anything. The person at the register could not print out a receipt for our purchase. Said they could not print receipts. No ice for drinks no ketchup at the counter. The floor must have had a half inch of sticky substance on. Had to clean our shoes when we arrived back home. Sad excuse for a restaurant.

Ate inside, floors were so sticky I about tripped. Couldn’t get a receipt because the cashier said it wouldn’t print. The drink machine was out of half the drinks and it was out of ice,everything else in the machine didn’t taste right at all. The only thing that was good was the food. And even that was messed up. But I was so fed up I didn’t feel like saying anything. Cashier was so monotonous and rude. She kept interrupting us while we were giving her our order. You just remodeled, clean your inside and train your team members. This is rediculous.

We just stopped at Wendy’s in Englewood ordered combo meals 7 and 8. We live 2 minutes away. The #7 burger was cold and the fries were barely warm like they had been sitting on a counter somewhere for a while.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! I sure wish we would have read the reviews before we stopped here. It was horrible. Spend $24 just to throw 90% of it away. I wouldnt even feed this to my dogs. The spicy chicken combo wasnt Even a spicy chicken. They put pickles on it and the tomatoes and lettuce was to the point of needing to be thrown away not severed to anyone.My husband’s hamburger was soggy and disgusting. The fries where actually hot but so much salt on them that you couldn’t even eat them. I would never eat here again even if I was starving. Do yourself a favor and RUNNNNNN do not eat here.
