Rocky Top Snoballs has perfected the snow cone: if you can even call them that. The ice is like no other snow cone you have ever had before. Soft and smooth like actual snow. It’s not like eating crushed ice out of the fridge like other snow cones I’ve had in the past. The flavors are great, and they do not skimp on the syrup. I love the Shark Bite personally! It’s a nice sweet blend of berry flavors. Dwayne is a great guy and loves to interact with his customers. You can tell he really cares about your experience. We will be back very soon! I assure you, you will not regret your visit!

We love Rocky Top Snowballs!! Sooo many flavors to choose from and lots of topping choices for the more adventurous ones! Very reasonably priced! There is a sitting area that is shaded and lit up with cool lights at night and checkers, bubbles, chalk, jump rope, and hula hoops there are plenty of things to entertain the kids when they are done. I highly recommend!

Real New Orleans snowballs outside of Louisiana doesn’t happen that often. The cart outside of the foam zone was sweet. Literally. Nice folks that know how to make a real snow ball. Don’t let the shaved ice words below the SNOWBALLS wording fool you. That’s for the out of towner. Great ice and good flavors.

My daughter and I absolutely love Rocky Top Snoballs! We have been a customer for years and still enjoy stopping by for a snowball several times a week. They have a huge selection of flavors including really tasty sugar-free options with optional toppings as well. The customer service is top notch! Their kindness is always so appreciated.
In response to the comment regarding the change in the ice machine…yes, it did change. The ice is smoother and, in our opinion, better than ever! It is fun to eat, holds the flavoring nicely and the texture is perfect! This was a good change for us!
They have a cute little shaded area away from the road with picnic tables and lots of toys/activities for kids and families. This had been a wonderful memory over the years for my daughter and I. If you haven’t tried them yet…go! You will love it!

Great snow but even greater service. Today we visited and Mr. Duane gave our family a mini magic show. Him and his wife were so sweet. Prices were also very reasonable. We’ll definitely be back to support them!!

We visited Rocky Top a couple years ago when we were visiting. It was the best shaved ice we ever had went back about 3 times that week. We are now visiting TN for only a couple days but had to go back and see if it was still there and it was !! We told the owner how we were visiting from Maine and had to come and get a snowball and she was super excited that we drove all that way just for shaved ice!!! They have so many flavors to chose from wish I could try them all. On a hot day or any day stop by and get the best shaved ice around. The owner is super sweet and personable. We will be back again hopefully next April and will definitely be back again!

This is the best snowballs I’ve ere had!! It’s incredible, their flavors are so cool! My favorite is the butter beer with cream, it’s ridiculously good! What I love about it is that it’s not like a little cup where all the ice falls off, they have actual cups, it’s not messy at all! Thanks for having sugar free items!

We Love this place. Especially my toddlers. The workers are always so friendly & the location is really nice- right off of the highway with seating and a little play area for little ones. I guess you can call us “Regulars”…
It was also super neat to chat with the owner and learn more about different styles of SnoBalls… including “cream” style… I mean, who knew?! This is a Place that we will continue to visit throughout the summer. If you have not stopped by, you need to; you will not regret it.
