Recently been having an issue where my order isn’t being made right. I’ve placed the same order for years (Sicilian pie w/ pepperoni—nothing more, nothing less) and there have been multiple occasions where I go to get the pizza and it’s a round pie.
Normally, it’s fine and I understand mistakes happen. First time it happened, I just took the pizza, said thanks, and left. Since then, I’ve made a conscious effort to specify that I want a “Sicilian” pie and receive a conformation that they heard it (usually by having them say my order back to me). But still, this keeps happening…
My main problem is that the guy at the register, when confronted about the mistake, rudely insists (each time) it’s my fault the order isn’t right because “I” did not specify I wanted a Sicilian pie when he definitely repeated my order to me, exactly how I said, over the phone.
I’m not the type to get argumentative, but this keeps happening, and I won’t let your employees tell me I made a mistake when they’re the ones who screw up (and they’re costing me an extra 20 mins of my time to get the order I know I placed, which is adding insult to injury). I have better things to do than walk back and forth from my apartment to Uptown multiple times to get my (overdue) dinner.
You’re on the verge of losing a loyal customer if these guys can’t learn to write down their orders (and not gaslight customers)…

This is by far the best pizza I ever had. Not to exaggerate but, I was never so passionate about a pizza place before, this place is amazing! Sauce is great and has that fresh, homemade taste. The cheese is delicious with pieces of fresh mozzerella spread around. Even the crust is great. I plan on trying every slice. Very satisfied, highly recommend.

Pizza is really awesome. One slice ($3-$4) is enough to fill me up. There are no seats indoors – more of a grab and go place, but they do have seating out on the sidewalk.
Their other food is okay, but this is a pizzeria so stick with what they do best. If you want a slice of pizza, this place is awesome.
