The worst pizza I have ever eaten. I went to pick up my pizza, I opened the box to make sure they got it right and they did not. They remade the pizza but made a horrible pizza. The pizza was wafer thin as you can see in the photos basically just topping without any base.
These guys had screwed up my order previously as well, but thought of giving them another chance. NEVER AGAIN.
I’m pretty sure the people working here know what they are even doing.
Whoever runs this establishment needs to be reported for such gross negligence on so many levels.

Ordered online for pickup. Came in and there were 5 other people waiting. Their label maker was broken so 2 of them were working on trying to fix that while 2 others were making the pizzas. Funnily enough, the seemingly most competent woman worker muttered something like ‘I don’t even work here!’ when she was frustrated working with the print machine.
Doordash drivers were angrily waiting, people were coming in and not being served. A lady came in asking to cancel her order but the pizza makers didn’t speak English that well so they just ignored her.
I stood there waiting 35 minutes, and when they finally started acknowledging customers, turns out all the pizzas were already made. Sitting on the shelf, it’s just they couldn’t read the names on the labels or something. I don’t know. They seemed to take our names and match the pizza to the order, but we stood there waiting for no reason apparently.
To top it off, they didn’t have the toppings I wanted in stock, so they just only added half of what I ordered. They offered to refund a portion of my balance, but they never did.
Would never came back here. Waste of time, waste of money.

Horrible workers. I place an order, I call saying I will be there In 15 min they tell me it will be ready in 10. I take my sweat time and get gas and accidentally go to the wrong papa John’s 10 min away so now I’m almost 40 min to an hour after placing order they tell me what? Oh we start now 5 min takes over 15-20 min and a friend comes in and they are chatting.
This just felt personal. Never again papa John’s never again. Love the food but it’s not so good that I would deal with this kind of service if you could call it that

I placed an online order for delivery at 12:17, marked to pay with cash and the estimated to delivery time was between 12:59-1:09pm. When I looked up tracking it said that they were still making it so I called no one answered ok they’re busy then a few minutes later I called again and still no answer. It is now 1:40 and I still haven’t received my order. I normally do not like to leave a negative review but this is not the only time that this has happened. Last time I ordered and did a pick up I went to the store because it said it was ready and they didn’t even make my order yet.

My pizzas were delicious. Nice, Hot and Ready when I arrived. Excellent customer service! The whole staff were polite and friendly. This will be my new pizza spot for sure. I also love that they stay open late which is very convenient for me due to me working late nights a lot. Thank you guys!

This location used to be 5 stars a few months ago. Since then it has become horrible – they are constantly out of stock. I ordered wings tonight and after I WAITED and show up I was told there were no more wings in stock and was not offered a refund until I asked a few times. Ridiculous.

My order wasn’t ready when I arrived—they said they were waiting on a delivery, so I waited an extra 10 minutes. When I went back to the counter, it still wasn’t ready, and they told me to wait another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, my pizza was just sitting there while they waited on the chicken. I ended up telling them to keep the food. Not to mention Employees were eating their own creations while making customers’ pizzas. Horrible experience, I will not be returning.

I ordered a pizza on-site at around 11:45 PM, and the staff prepared it quickly.
The pizza was incredibly delicious and freshly made. I can confidently say it was the best pizza I’ve had in New Jersey! Absolutely fantastic.
Both guys were very friendly and nice.

Everytime I order a Pizza from your place we have issues. Everytime you give us a time our ordered would arrived you have given me a time and the best had only been 30 minutes more. We have spoke to the mgr and he promised things are much now better. So once again he Guaranteed the arrival time.This time it was 45 minutes longer. We are done we will not be ordering from you again. I have also posted this on my Facebook page. On top for the length of time to arrive, the pizza was cold and the pizza was all over the box. I am sure everyone reads this will also choose to go elsewhere.

Had to Pull out the measuring tape Pizza was HOT. But I ordered 2 large pizza and got 2 medium pizza. Large pizza should be 14 inches and I got 12 inch pizza.
