I have ordered Subway from many locations in Bloomington, Bloomfield, and Spencer! This restaurant has made the best sandwich! I get 50% extra protein and this sandwich actually taste’s and looks like they did just that! The other Subway restaurants don’t seem to give you the extra that you pay for! This is the best Subway around and now will only order here! Keep up the fantastic job!

I had a very positive experience at this subway! I thought it was very clean and organized, I was greeted when I came in, and since it wasn’t too busy the cashier and I had some banter as well. There were 4 people working so fully staffed! I asked for double meat and cheese and was not disappointed in the amount I got. Overall I would definitely come back to this subway!

The man starting the sandwiches didn’t speak very good English, hard to understand. Not friendly. Asked for double meat and I NOT get double meat on either sandwich. Did not follow directions on what I wanted on sandwiches, toasted when I said not toast and had to tell him 3 times for wanting American cheese. Asked for easy mayo and he put enough on the sandwich to choke a horse. When I complained the other workers started talking to him in their language. I paid 40 dollars for 2 footlongs and a 6 inch with extra meat that I didn’t get. We will NOT be back and I will be contacting the Franchise about the quality of the sandwhiches.

If you want employees who actually listen to what you’re telling them instead of talking amongst each other, don’t go to this store.
Husband went in this time, had to repeat himself 3 separate times on the type of cheese because they continued to forget. They also had his bread wrong and he didn’t notice until after the meats and cheese were on due to the metal lid they have up blocking you from seeing what their doing.
When I went about a month ago, I had the same issue, and so did the woman in front of me. Woman got to the end and since those 3 employees were all just talking to each other and not listening, they put the wrong sauce on and had to completely redo the sandwich.
Then on mine I had to remind them to put on bacon 3 times before they did it because again, they weren’t paying attention to me, the were talking to each other.
Anyway, their customer service is literally horrible to the point they’re messing up everyone’s sandwiches. Go to any store but here.

I walked in to order and the service was great. Greeted by 2 really nice women. The store was absolutely boiling. It was 94 degrees inside. I know this because as i made my way to the bathroom i saw the thermostat set to 74 but the temp read at 93. The girls were quite literally melting from the heat. I first noticed it was hot about 2 weeks ago and had come in today for a sub. That means they’ve had no A/C for over 2 weeks now. Please fix the AC the workers deserve a good working environment

Not a good place to eat. Should have checked the bag before I left got charged for 2 foot longs, walked out with one being a 6 in. The foot long Sub tasted stale. We really tried to be positive about this experience. Not very good customer service from the staff either. They didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in the door. They just looked at me. If I could take Stars from them I would. Don’t waste your money here.
