I was in here to pick up on order and was told 30 minute wait with 4 people working in the store!
We watched 10, Yes I said 10 customers walk out and or cancel their order because the folks behind the counter were working at a snails Pace!
This is unbelievable!
10 customers at maybe $20.00 per order is $200.00 lost!

I have ordered from this location many times and almost every time it takes over a hour sometimes close to 2 hours to get my delivery. I live less than a mile away. When I call to check in my order, the workers seem annoyed I’m calling. I understand being busy so I try to be patient but there should be communication if it’s going to take that long. Especially with a slogan of “freaky fast delivery” after waiting over 1.5 hours today for delivery and my sandwich to come wrong, I’m done ordering from here.

Live nearby, was once a loyal JJ fan. So many sandwiches with basically one slice of meat. Order extra meat, still one slice. Complain to Corporate…no change. With Jersey Mike and Pot Belly nearby, save your money and go to places that actually put meat on the sandwich. No idea what changed with JJ, but the reduction in meat for the cost is intolerable.

Bad service, no hi and thank you from a guy who took our order but a frown face when I came today 9/28 around 7pm Sunday in this location. I usually give a big tip but at this time no tip and will never comeback to this location. I intentionally put a date and time so the management will know who I am talking to and will be aware to educate this male person with good customer service.

I recently stopped in on a Saturday at the Jimmy John’s Plymouth location,(55 & Vicksburg). There was a woman most likely in her mid to late 80’s with a cane that ordered a sandwich and beverage a couple customers ahead of me. Before I could help her, (as she was clearly struggling to gather and carry her order)… the tallest of the employees (guessing around 19 years of age) dropped what he was doing and walked around from behind the assembly line (counter) and assisted her arm- in- arm very slowly to her car. It struck many of us in the lobby- that you just don’t see this often enough. We literally all talked about it. Cheers to the parenting of this guy! And even bigger kudos to this employee. Well done sir – you surely set a great example of kindness for not only your worker peers but also to elders who witnessed this. Keep up the great work!

I don’t like giving bad reviews but for a place that has a slogan of “freaky fast delivery” they are not it. Of the last 3 times I’ve ordered it’s taken over an hour to get here, I’m literally just down the road, less than a mile, so not sure how my delivery time can possibly take this long. I kept thinking it was just a fluke, that I just got unlucky but waiting this long makes the sandwiches soggy and I’m tired of it. They’ve never really apologized or called about the delays or anything either. Feels like bad management.

Every time I order for delivery, I regret it. Be sure to order your food a couple hours in advance and make sure you got everything…. I cancelled my last order after waiting 2 hours for delivery

Walked in at 7:40 on 7/20 and the person standing behind the register definitely was not happy to see us! I showed him a picture of a JJBLT sandwich I bought the other day that had no bacon and instead of being sympathetic about it he gave me the scowl and said how do I know thats ours? Now I have definitely pissed him off and continued taking the rest of my order cranky! Would’ve walked out but my two daughters were starving from our 4 hour trip home! Second time in a row I have come to this location and 2nd time I have been treated like crap!

This place is soooo exhausting. I have been ordering from this place for years. They were impressive with the “freaky fast” delivery. But the last year everything has gone down hill. Waiting over an hour for delivery when I am 3 minutes away. They are always giving me the wrong chips and drink now. Today I waited 1 hour ans 27 minutes for delivery. The ice in my tea was already melted and they gave me unsweetened tea when I ordered sweet. They don’t make it easy to make complaints, so here I am. If they cant keep up with delivery they should close down the delivery service when they need to catch up.
