Delicious as always! Laid back environment with awesome food. In the front is a snack bar that sells a lot of great herbs and spices. My husband ate the catfish with fries and said it tasted really good. The baklava is so yummy. Also, it has a bar inside with good prices on drinks. A sign said there is live music Sundays 12-4pm. I will definitely be checking that out.

First visits leave lasting impressions. The pan trout was highly recommended by a friend. I decided to try it out for lunch with a family member visiting from out of town.
The ambiance and service weren’t exactly as expected. Orders must be placed before sitting down and you take your own order number to the table. Beverages are self service.
We ordered four whole pan trouts with fries and a side of okra. The fish initially looked amazing.
The top two pieces of fish were as expected. However, underneath were disappointing thick big honks of fish. Actually, two huge fish were cut into half and counted as four whole fish. I was immediately turned off seeing those big hunks of fish buried under the desirable and scrumptious looking whole fish.
When asked if everything was okay, an honest response was given. The excuse was that due to the size of the fish, it would cost more to get all four whole. What a poor excuse! If it cost more, charge more and give what’s advertised on the menu or at least an option; not a surprise. The menu should have stated: two whole fish and pieces equivalent to four.
The whole fish was very good, seasoned and fried to perfection. However, we could not eat the hunks. We didn’t expect to see anything but whole fish, as described on the menu.
IF I return, I would only order one whole fish with hopes of receiving just that. I would never waste my money on the four whole fish listed on the menu, since it is not as described and expected.

Went to this place because I thought it would be a good experience. A burger and a catfish platter was I got for me and my date. Something simple but Eli whomever he is. He wouldn’t allow me to enjoy my food. His conversation didn’t make for better service. But when I paid he added an additional 5 dollars onto my bill. Idk why but he swore he didn’t which my bank statement said differently. Maybe someone should tell him to calm down the customer doesn’t need to be waited on hand and foot just be courteous and present.

This is my favorite place to get fried catfish. The seasoning is perfect and the portions are generous. I discovered them pre-pandemic and have been loving them ever since. They have a pretty vast menu, so I suppose at some point I’ll try other things. Still, the fish is always perfect when I order it.
