. Just a dry chicken and chesse regular I want toppings but never got offered, but they did ask me after it was done if they could put the toppings on, but it was already too late because I was starving and I’ve been at work for 16 hours so I think you should tell them on Fridays, not to be rushing to get out of work make your customers happy I did not get treated like the Jersey Mike way so I will never come back to this establishment again I’d rather go to Clifton Park unacceptable

Always have AMAZING customer service here !! I placed an online order saying” I’m pregnant and need extra pickles please lolol” I don’t know who made my order but this is above and beyond amazing and they deserve recognition!!! I am a manager for a business and this work ethic is hard to find I just wanted to give whoever did this a shout out ! Thank you so muchhhhh 🙂

The only reason this has a two star review is because of the manager of the restaurant. The person who was checking me out didn’t know how to enter things correctly into the computer to make change. She was using the computer with gloves on that had already touched my sandwich. I gave her $20.27 for an $11.07 order she couldn’t seem to understand that she needed to give me $9.20 back. She only gave me nine dollars back. When she called another associate to help her that associate had to put things into her calculator on her phone and was doing that incorrectly. They finally had to call the manager who when I explained it to him was it’s $.20. Correct it’s $.20 and it may not be a big deal but your people know how to need to know how to make change. I will from now on travel be extra couple of miles that it will take me to go to the Altamonte Ave., Jersey Mike’s location, which does not have the same owner in order to get good service.
