PHENOMENAL!!! Best Indian restaurant I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a ton. The chef really pours his love into the food. They also use all Organic farmers market veggies. We ordered the “Masala Papad” so refreshing and delicious. 1000/100 Highly Recommend. We had both veg and non veg options. Will be coming back. Clean ambiance, beautiful space and kind servers.

Today was our first day with family visiting Riwaaz Indian cuisine in downtown Los Angeles.
Wow, what a gorgeous elegant best new restaurant in Los Angeles. Ambiance is so beautiful with Indian paintings, very nice color combination of furniture , white table cloths with golden napkins and golden utensils.
We tried Kofta shahi korma, Multani paneer tikka, bakra button biryani, garlic naan and cheese kulcha. Everyone loved the food it’s so rich in flavors. All dishes were empty in minutes.
Excellent Service by the guys working on our table, water glass was always filled on time. They also have a beautiful bar which is not yet open because it’s a new restaurant but they said should be open in about 2 weeks. Private party banquet is also available for any type of gatherings.
I will stop by their Lunch buffet next time which is everyday 11am-3pm. Downtown Apple Store is next door so got my phone replaced too . Took every advantage of my trip today.

We went here on Friday night for dinner and while it looked empty and quiet we were in for a surprise because this was the most amazing Indian restaurants we’ve come across. The manager mentioned they were still new and pending their liquor license but honestly that didn’t even matter to me. The food and how kind the waitstaff were just made my entire night that day. As I write this I really wish I was eating the cheese naan and the chicken tikka masala. Were definitely going to have to go back soon.

We came for the buffet but missed it by 30 minutes. We decided to dine from the regular menu. Atmosphere is very nice, service is very friendly, appetizers and meals were delicious. Enjoyable experience overall. They also offer banquet facilities. Bathrooms also very clean (which is a huge plus in downtown LA).

I got to eat at the lunch buffet on Christmas Day and the staff made me feel like a king. It’s a huge open layout with a counter, TVs, and tables everywhere, even some outside!
I stuffed my face like it was my last meal with the vegetarian options they had to offer and only wished that I could fit more food into my stomach. There was a special for a free drink which I saved for the end, finishing my plates with a mango lassi. Luckily they have bicycle parking outside so I got to unlock my bike off the rack and burn off some of that food before heading home. Phenomenal experience and would go again.
