Basically take out here. They do have a nice covered outside seating area out front. It has several stone tables with seating around them. I usually call ahead and my food is ready when I get there. The food is made to order so it is fresh and tasty when you get it. They have their condiments but if you want something added they have always given it to me the way I want it. This is my go to place when I am in the crewe va. area. Normally I have one of the hamburgers (2 sizes ) It wasn’t listed in this review but the 6 inch steak and cheese (with my requested) onions was simply delicious.

A must place to eat. Absolutely amazing food. Worth waiting for. Make sure you are hungry because they definitely do not skimp on portions. I would give them a 10 if I could. The review about the food being greasy and shrimp like rubber is totally off base. The food is freshly made and amazing. The review about the food taking 25 minutes, well they do tell you it is made fresh to order. It is a husband and wife that run it and they are awesome. Please do not let the reviews that are not doing justice for this place to turn you away. This was our first time and surely will not be the last.

You want the GOOD fries? This is the place! Honestly, I only had a few fries from my hubbies meal, so I can’t talk about anything else. The french fries! I tried 1 and had to stop myself from clearing his plate of fries! We have already agreed to stop here again.

I got the Italian hoagie w/ fries
The Italian was so very good
Reminded me of how little local joints in the 80’s use to be
So fresh tasting.
And plated in a very pleasing way… you eat with your eyes… presentation is everything.
The fries were very, very good.
The sandwich was the best I’ve had in 30yrs, easily the best I’ve had.
Service was very good.
I absolutely will be coming here again.
Seriously, if you’re in Crewe or traveling through Crewe, you need to stop here.

This place will take you back in time… good old fashioned burgers, shakes, food… the cashier stills take your order with pen and paper…. you still have to wait for your food until it’s cooked, it’s not fast food prepared… they have a outside waiting/eating area … standard prices, well worth the visit… not sure of operation days or hours
