Very disappointing experience at the Rosemount location. I’ve been there twice and both times I ordered Oven Roast Meatballs but was given Korean Meatballs instead. The employee insisted it was correct until I had to show them their own menu.
Each time I ended up waiting almost an hour for them to fix their mistake while the team argued about the receipt instead of simply correcting the order. My meal even ended up costing about $5 more because of the confusion.
Staff clearly need better training and management needs to take responsibility. Customers shouldn’t have to struggle just to receive the order they actually placed.

It was about 6:15 p.m. on Friday (03/06/26) when another customer and I walked in to place an order. We waited around 5–10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The employee at the counter seemed overwhelmed and was dealing with an issue where it looked like another customer may have received the wrong order.
After that situation, he came over and asked if we were looking to order. We said yes, and he told us they were no longer taking orders for the night. I was surprised since it was only around 6 p.m., and the store usually closes around 9 or 10 p.m. He said his manager told him they weren’t taking any more orders.
What made it confusing was that there appeared to be several employees working in the back and they seemed to be trying their best. Instead of turning customers away entirely, it might have been better to explain that the wait time would be long and allow customers to decide if they wanted to stay. Just like any busy fast food place or restaurant “work through it” dont turn paying customers away.
In the end, myself and about four other customers left without ordering.

Pretty awful service. I had a takeout order and they didnt include my drink. I waited at the counter for well over 30 minutes to try and get a cup. Seen two other people walk out in that time frame as well. Clearly they’re overloaded or simply dont care.

When noodles is in the name of your business you should at least be good at making them. My noodles tasted old and rubbery, completely fused together. The meatballs seemed to be cooking all day and were burnt and gross. I’ve had better meals at McDonald’s.

I have never wished I could rate below one star, but dear god is this place AWFUL! We literally just threw away half of our food completely untouched. I ordered the Alferdo and the “sauce” literally looked like canned dog food. The stroganoff that we got doesn’t even have sauce on it I don’t think? But it looks like it came out of the microwave. We did order extra sauce, but that just grossed me out even more.

I waited in-store for almost 20 minutes for two small BBQ mac ‘n cheese bowls. It wasn’t worth over $26 for cold (but tasty) food after a long wait and a short drive home. Kudos to the very nice staff & clean store however.

Waited over 20 minutes for a pickup order that was placed 20 min before…. What a joke. The restaurant is turning people away because they are saying they are too busy? Never coming here again.

walked in to get one rice crispy and three workers fought over who “had” to help me, played rock paper scissors, then complained about my existence. felt like the biggest inconvenience to their day, we should be doing better.

My kids wanted to try Noodles so we gave it a shot! Rachel was such a delight and was so patient and complimentary of our family. Amazing customer service skills! Will come back just because of the experience!

I normally never have any problems with this location. I order something super simple, buttered noodles, I get spaghetti noodles instead of the typical noodles on the menu. It was either the manager or assistant manager that took and made my order. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what was going on, but she wasn’t very welcoming. After ordering my simple meal to go, she made it. It was fairly quick. I go out to the car and realize I don’t have a fork or napkins, okay no problem, I go back into the store and ask for a fork and napkins. I’m not sure if it was a new employee but they didn’t seem to quite understand at first and the initial manager I dealt with was no where in sight. I got my utensil and napkins, went back to my car to eat. When I opened my container, there was only Italian seasoning on my noodles. There was the smallest amount possible. So I went back inside, still no manager in sight, and explained I got the buttered noodles and there was no Parmesan cheese. A different employee offered me a side. Okay, perfect. I got back to my car to put the missing ingredient into my noodles and start eating. Only to realize there was absolutely no taste and my noodles are already cold. Normally when I come here there’s no problems and I love my order. But how do you manage to mess up buttered noodles as an assistant manager/manager..?
