I have been eating here almost religiously since they opened. At one point it was at least once a week. Over the last few months there has been a decline in flavor, correctness and service. As I am not one to complain I usually just let it go, wait a few weeks and go back and try again. The last 3 times we went we were missing extra side items that we purchased. Tonight I decided to call because its becoming a pattern. The girl who answered was the one who packaged my order. She claims she boxed it correctly. If it was correct I would not have called. She took my information and assured the manager would call right away but he never did. This is unfortunate as everytime I go I spend $100. I have no idea whats happened over the last year but things are not headed in a positive direction. Please do better at appreciating your customers especially the consistent ones.

Bring your scale and weight your food before leaving! Wife ordered 2lbs of shrimp, it was 1.5lb, almost on point. Went back to get the other half pound, they stated they were sorry for the mistake and would make it right… that they would even give me an extra half pound for having to come back. I got back and it was still ¼lb short of the original 2 lbs, according to my commercial scale. I used 2 scales the second time to be sure it wasn’t the scale. They did say they gave extra sides at the window, it was a extra sausage… yet left off 1 of the 6 potatoes I had returned back to them when handing it back to them to connect. Some shady crap with the kids working there, or just a shady way to make your profits. But then, to do it twice! I hope they had a good laugh.

I’ve been here 3 times this season and the crawfish are SO good! They are easy to peel, juicy, and flavorful (I get spicy). I like crawfish dip and would rate theirs a solid 9. This is now my go-to place!

Very disappointed in them. Received my box it wasn’t hot at all. Crawfish needed to be shuck somemore.(cleaned) they were definitely old/mushy as if they were reboiled!! The shrimp as well Disgusting flavor is gone … waste of $40 bucks. I got 2lbs combo… May retry & give another chance I’m not sure.

The service was decent. Food came out correctly and promptly. I wish it was hotter in temp. I ordered medium spice, so there wasn’t any spice. Tasted a little salt. Boil had a weird taste. Missing lemon or something. Corn had a spoiled taste. Lobster was a good size. $15 Jumbo Snow Crab was only worth half the price, at best. The butter alternative that was given is best used for cooking, not as a substitute for clarified butter. That just made everything worse. $1.64 extra for dip. That didn’t help either.

Crawfish Hole in Carencro USED to be my favorite place for blue point crabs, but now I am currently in search for a new place since they all of a sudden took their customers out of the equation by allowing one spice option-which has NO TASTE! The taste is now nonexistent and has no flavor! I reached out to Crawfish Hole privately to address their decision and they said management would contact me. Weeks later and NO ONE has contacted me. Any business that lessens options for loyal customers who spend their own hard money is bad for business. I will never return again.
