This is truly a hidden gem! I’ve eaten here 4 times and tried different things. Ordered in the restaurant (like today) and to go. Today I had the chicken and shrimp combo. Instead of mixed veggies, I prefer just broccoli. Of course I can get and much yum yum sauce as I like by self serving at the drink station along with other sauces. Ease of ordering was great. He confirmed verbally and asked on screen before paying. Super nice. You can see by the pic, my portions are great and it’s reasonably priced. I would like to see a rewards system/punch card to receive future discounts. Very clean and maintained. I attempted to get my order from the counter for dine in and he brought out to the patio for me where I wanted to sit. Ty! And the patio area is great!

Don’t waste your time or money. Horrible food and service. I ordered steak hibachi with fried rice and vegetables. I received shrimp hibachi with old rice and very little vegetables. When they brought our food to the table I told them that I ordered steak. I ordered shrimp and chicken for my daughter. They didn’t offer to right their wrong. Instead, they tried to convince me that I ordered shrimp instead of steak. I didn’t arguing with them. I’m just NEVER going back. Another customer came back in complaining about his order. They did absolutely NOTHING to correct it. It’s obvious they don’t care about having repeat customers. This was my first and last time going. The lady at the register is very rude. The dining area is below average. Try at your own risk.

The reviews were pretty good so we decided to try this place. So glad we did! The food was great. The prices are comparable to other hibachi places, maybe slightly cheaper. They gave us plenty of extra yum yum sauce. Which was awesome bc most places are a little stingy. Service was fast and friendly. Not a large area for dine in, but there are places to sit. Overall 5 star experience and would definitely recommend.

I frequent this place as often as possible as their hibachi is the best in our area. The quality of the food served is unmatched. Delicious food with hefty generous portions.
The only complaint I would have about this place is that the service is always pretty cold and a little unwelcoming at times. That particular element isn’t from a one and done experience, but rather from the 20-25 times I have visited in the past year.
This type of cold service seems to have become the norm in society today and that’s a sad fact. It’s very refreshing to find an establishment who breaks from that substandard. Otoro doesn’t do that. But they do provide hot and tasty meals. Just be sure and bring your own company to converse with and smile at as you won’t get that from the staff.

Food was very good tonight. I haven’t been in maybe 2 years and from what I remember the place had fizzled out a bit, at least for me. Man, I’m upset I was gone for all that time! Got it door dashed tonight and food was really very good. Great prices too. Hard to beat the quality for price ratio. Keep it up!
