Ordered my drink and waited for 15 min before they said they were very behind. Others in line ordered 45 min ago and we’re still waiting. Would have appreciate knowing before I ordered. I left without my drink. There were many drinks sitting on the counter, presumably from people who left without their drinks too.

The employees were very helpful and, when we accidentally ordered the wrong drink, re-made it for us for free. They also offered free samples of their new watermelon drink, which was also very nice.

I couldn’t believe I ordered an oatmeal and an everything bagel. 12 minutes past I didn’t hear my name for my order so I get up and approach the register and the cashier hands me my order which already had been placed in the pick up area . So I’m asking they couldn’t pronounce my name or what. “MY NAME IS JUAN.” I just hope they weren’t being racial.

Normally this place is great, but today my barista was extremely slow. I think her name was Lyv. The line was normal, so I don’t appreciate that it took my mobile order 20 minutes to be made when the system told me 3-7 minutes. I even ordered 10 minutes in advance to make sure that it was done when I got there. She was not going fast at all. I’ve never seen a barista take so long to make one drink.

Quite possibly my favorite place in Danville to be due to the lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. The latte’s a just the right balance every time. The people who work there make this place amazing!
