The first time I tried the Mt. Pleasant location, the food was below average – my chips were stale, the rice was hard, and I had discovered this bug at the bottom of the bowl once I was nearly finished with it. Reluctantly, after months of avoiding this location at all costs due to the bug incident, I gave it another try. The rice was once again hard, the steak was also hard and crunchy, and the entire bowl tasted like someone dumped a salt shaker on it. I would rather make the 20 minute trip to the Greensburg location instead of the less than 10 minute trip to this location any day.

The first couple weeks after they opened this location, it was great. Quality was what to expect from Chipotle. My last order wasn’t great, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt, maybe the employees were just having a rough day.

But I just received an order from DoorDash not even an hour ago and am frustrated enough to leave a review, which I never do.

My burrito came out of the bag, not fully wrapped. Given that it’s a door dash order I would definitely prefer it to completely contained within the foil- but whatever. The first bite I took of the burrito the rice was BARELY cooked- I’m talking like flash-boiled. It wasn’t just a small section of rice, it was the entirety of the rice in the entirety of the burrito. I took another bite trying my best to just deal. On the second bite I actually got into where the chicken and guac was. The chicken was burnt to a crisp, like potato chip crispy, and the guac also tasted like rotten produce.

DoorDash has already processed my refund, so good on them. But that’s my last time getting anything from this location.

Super disappointed with all of this, I thought we finally got a decent fast food place in town, If you want Chipotle, make the drive to Greensburg and go to a competent location.

New location so should be given a little grace. Biggest takeaway was the proportions were a little off with a heavy presence of cheese in the quesadilla and too much rice in the chicken bowl. Overall, the food tasted decent and service was quick. Good addition to the fast food scene in Mt. Pleasant

sigh, usually go to the one in uniontown and decided to stop at this once since its closer. i did an order through ubereats pickup since they had a deal. i got 3 bowls, 2 bags of chips. and was extremely dissapointed and underwhelmed. the proportions were WAY off. my chips were soggy. and 2 of my bowls were missing multiple items. i did catch the girl working on online orders missing one of my items and i made sure to remind her and she got me my things. and i drove 30 mins back home and opened my bowls and it being kind of upsetting. chipotle is NOT cheap. and for what i paid.. i felt robbed. its a newer location so i hope they better themselves but still im dissapointed.

If you cant supply a service dont advertise it,stick to what you can do. Did a online order at 5:58 for 6:10 pickup. Pretty quick I thought. Finally after sitting in the drive through line for 23 minutes got the order at 6:33 and wasn’t even correct. Missing parts of the order and lids not on spilling beans and rice in the process. I can do the wait,but if you tell me see you in 10 minutes I dont expect to wait almost 25 minutes in your drive through.

I stop in all the time for lunch. I love chipotle food. I enjoy coming in during the day because the same girl is always working there. Nearly every day. I asked for her name once and she said her name was Lily and that she was a manager. She offered me help with all the questions I had and made sure I got everything I needed and wanted for my food. My favorite part of my day is to come in because it’s very rare in the food industry that you meet workers that you can tell enjoy their job. Lily is so sweet and genuinely seems to care about the customers and her job. She definitely takes it above and beyond. It’s obvious why she’s a manager, she’s good at her job and does wonderful with people.

First of all I love Chipotle. I frequent the restaurant in Greensburg all the time. This one in Mt Pleasant rates a zero compared to the one in Greensburg. When we got there the sign said credit or debit only. Apparently they didn’t have enough cash to make change. When we got to the line we were told they were out of cheese, guacamole and hot salsa. I mean who is out of cheese in a Mexican restaurant?? So I decided the get queso instead of cheese. And even though they were out of the cheese that I wanted i was charged extra for the queso. When I got to the drinks I asked for a large ice tea. So she got me a large cup and remembering what happened last week I asked ” you do have iced tea right?” She said no. So why are you getting me a cup when you don’t have what i asked for? So I told her I’ll just take water. She’s said do you want the cup? I’m thinking well yeah….I prefer to drink water out of a cup instead of my hands. So I said yes. Unbeknownst to me to me – she did explain to me that they charge for the cup NOT the drink – i was charged $3,25 for a glass of water. The place was a mess – food all over the counters – and there was no silverware. All in all it was a very bad experience and after 2 times I will not go to that one again. Reeks of poor management. I will be sending a comment to corporate.

This place is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. The management and shift leads are either no where to be seen or walking around on their phones. There is basically one to two crew members working and personally at this point they should just run the store because it would be better than the people they have now. When i go in the morning there is always this one little girl with black hair working and no one else and when i went at night there is also just one person actually working. The food is okay given there is only one person working and trying their best while everyone is nowhere to be seen. But i can definitely say ive had better and there are way cleaner places to eat at.

Bought a pick-up online order for a steak bowl w/no beans… got no steak, a bunch of beans. The girl working was sweet, but it would be sweeter to have steak.
