This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at this Chongs. I ordered the orange chicken and it clearly states on the menu that it is chicken breast but every single piece was thigh meat. I refused to eat it. The food was cold, the egg rolls were soggy in grease and mainly outer wrapping. I usually love eating here but I will rethink this option in the future. We spent $60 for cold, lies and unappetizing food. I’m a very upset customer

I’ve always been a big fan of Chong’s,they have the best egg rolls you can find in the area. My favorite go-to is always the Beef Lo Mein, we tried the lunch portions, which was still a decent portion of food. It’s usually really good, I like theirs because it’s usually not as greasy as other Chinese restaurants, but today it seemed more bland than usual. It was still good, just not the best I’ve had from there.

Ordered shrimp lo mein noodles and shrimp fried rice. Both extremely bland, plain! Tasted absolutely horrible! The shrimp was not only extremely bland, it was so dry I could barely chew it! Chongs you need to season your food better!

Perfect!! Everything I ordered was in the bags. Did not have to ask for anything. Packed like an expert. Bowls of soup in a large lided container to not spill. Sauces were with each item ordered. Steaming hot even after getting home with order. Woman in drive through pick up was super nice and absolutely beautiful!!! Restoring my faith in take out dining!!!!!

The service is good, the food is good, but not typical Chinese food. Chong’s was the first/main Chinese restaurant in Paducah decades ago and because of this it is a local favorite. People from out of town often do not like it because the names of the dishes are familiar, but they taste very different. I guess the best way to describe Chong’s is it is “Chinese Food – Paducah style”. The Ham Fried Rice is very good, but if you are wanting Chinese food similar to other Chinese restaurants around the country, look else where. There are now multiple Chinese restaurants in Paducah.
