20260102 The employees are great! Helpful and nice. The food was reasonably priced .. pre-Biden inflation pricing, but the food was ok, matched the price. I got the mushroom burger, and the beef pattie was made with minced meat, and tasted as it looked. It was good, but I was looking forward to a juicy burger that looks like Five Guys. The teriyaki chicken Mac and cheese was good, but it was very wet. I prefer drier Mac and cheese, baked version. I’m not planning on coming back, but if I do, as the young lady at the counter recommended, I would go with a sandwich or burrito.

As a Brazilian, the açaí bowls at District Eatz are the closets you will get to a real Brazilian açaí bowl! In fact every time my husband and I are elsewhere in the U.S and we get an açaí bowl, we always compare it to the ones at District Eatz and none here compare to it!! We love the toppings and the wide variety of fruits we can add to it. The portions are generous and the açaí is wonderful!

I’m so happy I found this place! District Eatz is hands-down one of the best spots in Northern Virginia. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the welcoming vibe — the staff are super friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about making sure you have a great experience.
The food? Incredible. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. You can tell they take pride in what they serve — the portions are generous, the presentation is spot-on, and every bite hits the spot. Whether you’re grabbing a quick meal or sitting down to relax, it just feels like the perfect local spot.
It’s rare to find a place that nails both quality and atmosphere like this. I’m beyond satisfied and already planning my next visit. If you’re anywhere near Clifton, do yourself a favor and stop by District Eatz — you won’t regret it!

We came to try District Eatz because of all the good things we heard about this place, and we were overall disappointed. The place looks nice and has plenty of variety of food options but everything else was lacking… Customer service was nonexistent/no care, we have ordered the Spicy Breakfast Burrito, the Doritos Quesorito Quesadilla and a Classic Waffle. The quesadilla came out as a burrito, both main courses were small portioned and lacked flavor. The waffle seemed like they were store bought and they are small, not worth the $9 in our opinion. We love to leave good reviews to places but this time we couldn’t.

I drove over to pick up bagels from Manhatten Bagels. Then I spotted District Eatz a few doors down and decided to check it out. What an interesting variety on their menu (covering four TV screens). So many choices. I ended up ordering the avocado toast with bacon, macaroni and cheese, spinach empanada or waffle with nutella and strawberries. Oh and a giant cookie from the counter. Everything was great, I especially appreciate that it isn’t too salty. My son had the waffles and though he loves nutella, he said they could cut back so he could actually taste the waffle. Will be visiting again soon to try the ice cream and smoothies!

I got the chicken tacos over a year ago and they were amazing! I went back yesterday and the chicken was soggy and microwaved looked like chicken from subway . I was so disappointed. What happened to the wonderful chicken tacos.

Great atmosphere & service . I ordered the açaí smoothie bowl & got a bowl full of honey . There was supposed to be a drizzle over the top but it was a torrential downpour. Cool place to hang with friends or family.

My daughter and I have loved the Nutella acai bowls and smoothies and my son loves the cookies and cream milkshake at District Eatz. However, I ordered a milkshake for my son yesterday and he complained that he could not finish it. He said it was gross and he kept finding wrapper pieces in it. I didn’t believe him. I offered the shake to my daughter who wanted it and she sipped up a wrapper, too. I immediately poured the shake through a strainer and found large bits of blue wrapper all from the shake. It’s like an Oreo cookie wrapper got blended up in the shake. This is highly disturbing and wondering if this was of malicious intent by the server/preparer. How does one not see that a wrapper fall in the blender? I sent an email to District Eatz to address this and received no response. Maybe no one checks their messages, but I can’t imagine what to think if a little kid sucked up the wrapper pieces in the straw. District Eatz is losing my business. Their shakes are expensive and a nice treat, but not when servers are carelessly preparing them and management doesn’t care to address the issue. I’m debating taking this to a higher level.

What a nice refreshing experience. We very much enjoyed our hearty waffles. Next time, I’m trying those bowls. Everyone who walked in ordered one. Staple here. I will be back and can’t wait to try more menu items
