Atmosphere is more like a fast food restaurant but cozy and new ,it seems. Got the chicken biscuit which was above average but not outstanding. Biscuit was good but nothing extraordinary. Nice and hot which made it very enjoyable. Had to tell employee the coffee was out but they had one ready to go. Good and hot. So, better food and ambiance than the golden arches place but not much different other than the menu.

Great breakfast spot the service was excellent the lobby and eating area isn’t the greatest for comfort or conversation. But that’s not why you’d eat here anyway. I expect most will just drive through. The food is great and fairly priced and portioned. They also have biscuits for sale to take home for you andnyour furry friends. We took some of each home and throughly enjoyed those as well. My doodle can be a bit picky and he loved their doggie biscuits. So if you are innthe mood for a homemade biscuit and gravey or whatever breakfast meat you enjoy you won’t be disappointed. The parking is fine the surrounding area is quite a busy area keep thst in mind. Boiling Springs has grown from a sleepy bedroom community to a fair sized town.

We love this place. Me and my kids stop by here all the time at 6am before school to grab them some breakfast. The staff are always very kind and the food is always GREAT!

I have gotten my parents breakfast here and they love it! So hot and fresh my mom goes on and on about it. Especially the scrambled eggs and how soft the biscuits are. Thank you for helping me make her happy ❤️

As a child I remember visiting Biscuitville with my grandmother in North Carolina. I hadn’t thought about it in years, but have recently been seeing a lot of Instagram posts about Biscuitvilles! My sister and I had a planned trip back to NC from Atlanta today and thought “let’s see if there’s a Biscuitville on the way!”. As luck would have the Boiling Springs, SC location grand opening was today, and located right along our drive!

We stopped in around 1030 to find a well staffed and bustling new location. There were two drive thru lines staffed with outside employees to take orders face to face (like many Chick-fil-A locations have), but we went inside to dine. Every employee we interacted with was pleasant!

We ordered each a chicken biscuit, a side of sausage gravy and a hashbrown to share, the loaded country fries to share (a great value item!), and the peaches and cream soda and cookies and cream latte, also to share. Everything was bangin!

If we lived closer to a Biscuitville I would definitely come back to try a honey bun with hot coffee, the Spam crunch biscuit, and the hot honey chicken biscuit.

Boiling Springs is very lucky to have this addition to their community.

All right so let me break down my review because there’s certain areas I would definitely give them five stars and some little to none.

Top 5 best things
-great service (everyone was very professional and friendly)
-fast
-affordable
-super clean
-free dog treats

We ordered
Coffee, fried egg and chz biscuit, 3 stack pancakes.

Coffee was good and fresh.
The pancakes tasted like the freezer ate one and done 🙁
The biscuit was somehow dry yet under cooked at the same time. We didn’t eat the biscuit just the egg which I think is liquid eggs and not fresh based off texture and color.
The dog biscuits were actually better cooked than the human one I ordered for the dog.
3 stars for atmosphere bc I didn’t go in, only basing off drive thru experience.

Would recommend everyone try for themselves but I personally might not give this a second chance based off this experience.

I am very disappointed with the drive thru speed of service. Ordered at 11:50 AM, waited behind others for 10 minutes, then was asked to pull forward to a numbered spot for another 10 minutes. All for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and fries. There were only two cars in front of me also. 20 minutes because I was told they were waiting on fries to be done. I was very dissatisfied, and I was almost late for work. Then, after I finally got my order, the biscuit was room temperature.

I went on Wednesday and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. The biscuit was very dry, the bacon was in hard ball, and the egg was fried. I’ve never seen a fried egg on a biscuit. It’s usually scrambled. Also, the cheese was not melted on it. Very disappointing first visit.

First things first price dose not meet quality at all had better biscuits out of a can… Employees had no clue what they were doing. The manager has no business being a manager the way he was talking to his crew. And then to put the cherry on top it was an employee that got sent home by the manager in the parking lot crying yeah needless to say I won’t be back
