My husband and I went on our usual date night the atmosphere was excellent the service was excellent I had the lemon pepper wings and the garlic parmesan wings with fries the wings were ok a bit overcooked had it not been for the grated cheese I wouldn’t have been able to tell the lemon pepper from the garlic parmesan I also had fries I’m not a fan of the crinkle cut fries but they were ok we went on a Wednesday and the place was empty I also ordered a regular margarita with very little ice but I got one with a lot of ice my husband had the tacos and the house salad which he loved. So all in all it was a great place and I know we will return but I’ll try something else. The service was great and very friendly. I think it was a little dark and could use a bit more lighting otherwise it was a good date night and I’m sure we will return.

Food was fantastic, so full of flavor and large portions. I will be telling all my friends to check you out! AJ at the bar took great care of us, so friendly and fun! My friend and I arrived at this establishment around 9:30 p.m. As soon as we were seated, we placed an order for appetizers and drinks. My friend received her drink fairly quickly, but it took an additional 10 minutes for mine to arrive. When it did, it was incorrect, so I had to wait another 5 minutes for the correct glass of wine.
Our server eventually brought our appetizer, but we had to flag her down to place our entrée orders. After placing our order, we watched our server continue to bring food and drinks to other tables while we waited over an hour for our meals. At one point, I observed her engaging with other patrons instead of attending to our order.
When we finally got her attention to ask about our food, she said it was being plated. I told her that was fine and asked to place a hookah order. She then informed us that we had already been there for 1 hour and 21 minutes and that tables were limited to two hours—despite the fact that we had spent nearly the entire time waiting for our food. She handed us the hookah menu but never returned to take the order.
We asked another waitress for assistance, and our food was finally brought out. However, only the salmon was delivered—my friend’s wings were missing. The salmon and loaded mashed potatoes were completely cold, including the potatoes, which were so cold the cheese would not melt.
When the waitress returned and asked if we wanted to-go boxes, I explained that we did not, that my food was cold, and that we were still waiting on the wings. She responded with an attitude and asked what I wanted her to do. I told her I would pay for the food that was brought to the table, and that was it.
After sitting for about 20 minutes smoking our hookah—assuming she had gone to retrieve the missing wings—she returned to our table with a police officer. He stated, “If you don’t pay, you’re going to jail.” At no point did we say we weren’t paying. Money was never the issue.
The server then falsely claimed that we had received the wings, which was untrue. Every plate of food was still on the table, and there were no wings in sight. We were told to pay and leave, which was not an issue, as we had been ready to go long before that after waiting so long for our food.
Being treated as if we were causing a disturbance—after being patient and understanding throughout the night—was extremely disappointing, especially when law enforcement was unnecessarily involved. I do not recommend this establishment. Save your time and your money.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First, there is a two hour limit. It takes about 1.5 hours to get your food. Then if you want to order hookah, it goes through another business within the restaurant. Idk who wants to eat and smoke hookah at the same time at a restaurant, but that has a 2 hour limit too, but no matter when it comes out, your time started as soon as you walk in the building. Very small on the inside. Our party was kicked out after 30 minutes of getting our food and 20 minutes of receiving our hookah. They kicked us out. We tried negotiating timing and refunds but instead of talking with us, they went straight to the police to escort us out. BAD BUSINESS!!! Will NEVER return!! After they TOOK our money, they kicked us out. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. I’ve had better tasting food elsewhere. Sad to see black business conduct themselves in this manner.

This was my first time here. The ambiance is nice a subtle as a lounge should be. The customer service was very attentive and welcoming. On to the food. I ordered the steer corn dip with chips as recommended by the server from the bar, and I also had the chicken and shrimp pasta. Starting with the dip it was nice a creamy not bad at all. However it did not give street corn vibes based off the taste but it was good. I would recommend maybe some tajin and line zest to make it a bit more robust and capture the street corn flavor. The pasta was good also rich and creamy definitely recommend this dish if you’re looking for pasta dish. I would definitely return to this place for the vibes it’s good to be able to go out and just have a drink and relax in a chill atmosphere.

Moving from Atlanta to Columbus is a big adjustment so when I found this black owned lounge I HAD to try it. The atmosphere was a whole VIBE. The place was clean and the service was good. The drinks were great but the FOOD was not giving AT ALL. We got there at 9:30pm and my wife ordered wings and fries and I ordered the catfish plate (which was suppose to be 2 catfish filets and fries). My wife’s food came out lukewarm at 10:30 and my catfish STRIPS came out hot but the fries cold and at 11:30. I was tipsy and hungry, and for what ordered, you’d think it would’ve came out fresh, hot and in ah timely manner. If you plan on going, and order the catfish filets, or wings, just know there’s a huge chance, you may get catfish strips and lukewarm and the wait time will be damn near 2 hours.

My first time at Sky Lounge was this pass Saturday to watch the game. When I tell you our service/server was horrible. Wasn’t properly greeted (don’t even know her name but I know how she look). No smile no nothing but bothered like she didn’t want to be there . We had to flag her down to give us some water and when we asked for it to be replenished it took 5 mins and the ice had melted. A young lady was yelling out shot specials and to order through our server. Our server would ask the guest behind us did they wanna order something but not us. Almost like she was avoiding us. We waited about 30 mins for our food we had to ask her what was going on with our food several times (I ordered wings and a salad) which the salad could’ve came out before my wings. My friend ordered wings and fries. After hearing so much about this place and how good it was. This put a bad taste in my mouth. Other than the server. The food was good and the atmosphere was okay.
