Made a DoorDash order, when someone accepted delivery the Store was almost closed and canceled my delivery. Refused to let my dasher pick up the pizza even though I never recieved a refund. When I called the restaurant , the young man working was EXTREMELY disrespectful and impolite; told me “that sounds like a you problem, next time don’t order DoorDash” and hung up on me.
this was at closing time. Young man has ZERO customer service skills and treated me with such disrespect. Definitely needs to be fired. Will be contacting HR in the morning.

The manager at this location—blonde hair, ponytail, glasses—has a serious attitude problem and clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers with respect. I saw him being loud, aggressive, and completely unprofessional.
If this is how Papa John’s allows their managers to behave, it’s going to catch up with them fast. I’ll be sharing this experience in every local Facebook group I’m part of, spreading the word to all the businesses I work with, and making sure my entire community knows to avoid this place. Absolutely unacceptable!

You need to pay attention to the sauce choices specified in the order. None of these are the Zesty sauce. Second time in a row. If you no longer have it, take it off the website!

Managers are excellent. Only chain pizza my daughter will eat on Wickham. Never had to wait. And after 2 years only one mistake and was fixed easily with no hassles. I hadn’t had papa for a decade or so cause the ones by my old house went downhill…this store has made a full time customer again.

Approx 1 hour from order to delivery but not that the app showed Pizzas ready in less than 25 minutes, that means it took 35 minutes to deliver 3 miles, as expected at this point Pizzas were almost cold and far from the usual top notch, i believe this issue is down to the new delivery system [door dash}.

I will come to this one from now on none and I tell u none in south Melbourne are any good this one is clean the kids in their r very pleasant and they r clean. One of the big things I look at r the clothes in a restaurant if the cooks r filthy I will not eat there but it pays to go to suntree everybody in suntree is clean because everyone on that side is rich so they cater a little bit better to them

The last two times I’ve ordered, there were issues. First time we got the wrong pizza and were told to take it up with Door Dash when it clearly wasn’t their fault.

Over 3 hours for pizzas & wings. Sent our first order to door dash without notifying us then refunded our money & re-did our order taking another 40-45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous never ordering here again. Manager responded with attitude when I told him they did not notify us about our order being transferred to door dash. Do better.

Terrible representation of the brand (or of any brand for that matter). I pulled up to pick up my food about 45 minutes before closing, just to walk in to the guy behinnd the counter cursing up a storm and it looked like it was because we pushed up. I dont know what his deal was but he was honestly one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in a pizza shop- so much so that I left without even picking up my pizza (because I am afraid what he was even going to do to our food). I know everyone has a bad day every now and then but there is no reason to take it out on me or my pizza. Super rude and he shaked his head when we pulled up. A terrible experience all the way around. I suggest trying the dominos across the street or some other location.
