Terrible customer experience, they forgot about my pizza and burnt it completely and they weren’t going to tell me they were remaking it until I asked one of the employees, and a new worker from the back came to pack my pizza up and when i asked her if I could put sauce on it she replied with “the other worker asked you if you wanted sauce and you said no”. I never was asked if I wanted sauce on top nor was that worker even present when i was talking to the first worker so I have no idea where she even pulled that from, and then she had an attitude when I told her I didnt tell the worker that. Pizza was also undercooked after they burnt the first one. I wasn’t even upset they burnt the food and stuff but the fact that they were giving me a rude attitude for just asking if they burnt it was crazy to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND COVINGTON LOCATION!!!! they are always kind there and the food is always great, DONT COME TO KENT STATION LOCATION

Update : they have great service in person but do not order delivery, they forgot my no name cake and did not make my order right at all it was only cut into 4 slices and they forgot my hot honey but drowned my pizza in dollops. I will keep my rating the same because I called delivery support and got my order refunded in less than 60 seconds and he was very friendly but still something to keep in mind . Generally this location is great evening serving you with no attitude 5 minutes to close

Most of the employees at this location are very unprofessional. However, the girl with the nose piercing is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I have ever encountered. The way she speaks to customers is completely unacceptable. Customer service is not for everyone people should find what they are truly good at.

The cook of the pizza was too busy on talking to his “sugar mama” (he was loudly bragging about it when we walked in) on the phone in the back to have any sense of urgency for the 5 pizzas waiting for him to finish. He made eye contact from the kitchen with customers and still took his sweet time. On top of that, they screwed up both my husband’s and my pizza order, which especially sucks for our allergens. This place is trash in every way.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes (even though there was only one other Customer and 3 employees), I got the 11” size pizza for $6.99. But I was charged for a mega thick crust ($13.99). I asked for the garlic rub on my pizza, and the women grabbed a handful of garlic and slapped it all on one piece of the pizza in a glob. She didn’t even bother to use the garlic oil on it either. I then waited 20 more minutes for them to cook my pizza. Oh and they didn’t even bother to cut the pizza right. One slice was about half the pizza, and the other slice you could eat in 2 bites. Would not recommend this place. They don’t care about cleanliness or customer service.

Food is great, but the customer service is awful. The last few times i visit this location i’ve received 0 star service, but this time my it my last visit. I came in 2 hours before closing, but over half the toppings were already put away and saran wrapped but whatever i continued on quite bummed out. i pay and wait, then i hear my name called out and i see the pizza box serviced on the counter. I become annoyed at this point because i know they always ask what sauce you want on top when they cut it, so i ask if i could please get sauce on top and you know what she did? she looked at me as if i was stupid. now this wasn’t the 1st, nor the 2nd but the 3rd time this same girl has done this while serving me. I have worked in all different kinds of customer service jobs and still do to this day, but this chick is just straight up rude! babe, it isn’t that hard to be nice. It’s literally your job.
