This location, Wendy’s Restaurant #00011861 at 00011861 Innovation Drive, is an excellent little quick meal restaurant. Our group of three diners enjoyed a great meal together whilst leaving Orlando area, and were pleasantly surprised, as most quick-dining experiences leave much to be desired. The dining area was remarkably clean and well maintained.
Most important: Wonderful Staff and management. It was refreshing to actually go to a fast food joint and see actual adults managing and participating actively in running this restaurant, (in comparison with competitors like McDonald’s or Burger King, which notoriously are run by teenagers… here, the adults were supervising/training the younger staff members, which again seemed to make a huge distinction from all other Wendy’s I have been to in a lifetime).
That was most of our first fast food meal in a very long time and it definitely restored a little faith that not all fast food is terrible as an occasional treat.

Food wasn’t hot. There’s a maintenance worker working on the Coke machines standing on the counter where the condiments are with his dirty shoes…inches away from the ketchup dispenser. Doesn’t look like any prep was done for him to do his job away from food, condiments, and utensils (move them to a different location temporarily?).

I had a salad and it was great. Very fresh. I ordered a single burger meal and the lady gave me a large drink for free. Service was great. Very on the the ball. Friendly and fast. Very clean restaurant. Bathrooms were very clean.
