This place is a joke. The worst restaurant/bar I’ve been to at any airport. 12 tap handles and none working. I asked what happened to the beer and she responded “we busy here.” Honey, you’ve never been that busy, it’s called incompetence of management. The food is terrible. Skip it and get a snack at the market.

I travel a lot and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything worse at an airport. Rude, mad disgruntled workers at the Capital City Tavern. Could it be any worse. They won’t even speak to you. The kitchen chef screamed out an order number when someone didn’t show up for his order. These are mad, angry people working here. Who runs this place??? Really???

Absolute worse service that I have experienced in an airport bar. I hate to name names, but Olivia spent here entire time sitting at a table by herself on her phone or in back for more than 15 20 minutes at a time with patrons just walking off. An absolute waste of an excuse for a bartender. Fire this woman and make some damn money in this place.

Sat at the bar for 20 mins and watched three people walk up and make orders. I wasn’t even acknowledged! I told the young lady that I would like to make an order as well, but she told me that the bartender had to take my order. Where was the bartender? On the floor delivering orders, as well as in the kitchen. When she finally came back to the front, she told the other young lady not to take any more orders. Worst service ever!

Was told they open at 10am. Now I walked up, gate is closed and I asked what time they open and was told in about 10 minutes. Making it around 10:15am. My flight boards at 10:32am. If they can’t open on-time, they probably won’t be able to make an order in a reasonable time.
