Good fast food chain with tasty food and friendly staff. Known for their hand-spun milkshakes – we tried the vanilla, strawberry and chocolate, and all were delicious. They also have specialty flavored shakes. Crinkle fries were yummy. Burgers taste great. We went during a peak time and it was quite busy, but plenty of staff and they were doing a good job of keeping up with demand. You can order at the till or there are also several self-serve computers. There is a fair amount of seating for dining in and some outside seating across the way. It is also popular to take food to go. You can order ahead of time online. This opened in the outlets in January 2026 and was a welcome edition for many people.

My experience here was absolutely excellent. When I walked in, I was greeted by a kind young man by the name of Peter Jackson. When he started talking to me I immediately felt his aura radiating off him. He took my order like a champ. This man Peter single handily made my day from a 3 to a 100 instantly. He even complimented my clothes which I appreciated since my hardworking dad who’s in the nursing home for veterans got them for me. Peter even is the equivalent to an American Chris Hemsworth. He’s that handsome. He’s so handsome I even said my daughter should ask him out instead of him asking her out because I want my future grandkids to have those genetics.

However, waiting 30+ mins for just a milkshake is a bit ridiculous. If I can give some personal feedback….this location should not do Online, Phone, or “food delivery app” orders. This location is too small to handle it, and I think that is also part of the long wait-times.
The lack of seating is definitely a huge drawback at this location, especially when outdoor seating is only available 6-7 months out of the year.
But for the “now”, it has been a good experience, and will update this review in a few months and I hope they can dial it in with the feedback given. Definitely room for some improvement but overall I’d say an 80/100 %

Simon looked at me well licking his lips. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and he was slow at making my food. Would recommend to ask someone else to make your food. Food was good though.

First of all, I know it’s not this location’s fault, but I hate being forced to enter my order on an iPad rather than talking to a human being, especially when there was a bunch standing around.
Secondarily, I would give the food, a three out of 10. I ordered the shack stack and it was supposed to come with lettuce, it had no lettuce. Supposed to come with shake sauce and there was about a quarter teaspoon of sauce on the entire sandwich.
Overall, a lot of hype with not much payoff. Much better locations to eat in the area.
