I have to give a shout out to this particular Jersey Mike’s and specifically Brandon who was behind the counter on his “day off” on his own after he’d worked a double the day before. He was polite, respectful, didn’t get flustered even with a line. He stayed chipper and upbeat and got everyone their sandwiches, including cleaning all the surfaces and cutter for our special orders of gluten free. I wish I could let him know how much I valued his remarkable service.

First time trying Jersey Mike’s. I ordered two subs to review #13 (Italian with hots) and #6 (roast beef). Had them both “Mike’s way,” and was very happy! I found only a few small faults; again this was my first time there so I may have been able to have the bread toasted. Other than that would have liked to have more hot relish, and banana peppers on the Italian like I ordered. I would say it’s up there with the Good Food Store and Pizzeria Grande. I’ll have to go back and try their hot subs but I’m only one man! Ah hahaha

For three weeks in a row, I ordered a catering box from Jersey Mike’s for tailgating. Each time it was fresh and delicious. It was also done correctly and on time! I wish I could add a photo, but they are always gone when I think of it. The staff at this particular establishment are great to work with!

Not sure what happened to this location. I work close by so would go in at least once a week. But now the past few times they mess the order up every time. Simple things like “no vinegar”, even if they’re making it in front of me, they still mess up. And act annoyed if I won’t buy it “as is”.
Once I ordered 3 subs for me and two coworkers, all three were wrong. I called and they said they’d refund me for 2 of them, and they didn’t.
Food is good when they get it right, but customer service has seriously dipped.

My boyfriend Luis goes there sometimes after work to pick up dinner. He is OBSESSED with their subs. He says the guys there Jase, Chris and Dean are so welcoming and chill. I had a bad experience with one of their subs a while back (at a different location) but the one he goes to definitely made up for it! Can say one of the best sub places to go to!

Jersey Mikes is a FANTASTIC sandwich spot. I have a routine order between three menu items and I love all of them. Their food is so fresh and they use top notch quality ingredients. You absolutely taste a difference between what they offer and just some generic sandwich from anywhere else. Their food options are great, and they have tons of options to choose from. I always highly recommend Jersey Mikes.

Very fresh cut deli style meats and lettuce tomatoe onion etc. More often than not the makers of the subs will not put the right ordered condiments on the bread. Overall rated good.
