Apparently they decided to close early. I’m not sure, we’ll before closing hours and door was locked and drive though was off. And, the employees would just stair at you. Either correct your operating times or get better staff
I re-attempted, ordered a number 8 with no tomatoes, guess that meant lettuce too…. and I hate paying for a large meal and getting regular fries and a drink. So, can’t say the actual service was any better

Drive through service is quite poor. There’s a great Dairy Queen over on route 8. I’ve never had an issue there.

A specifically went to this DQ location in Butler because I wanted to try the new crispy onion cheeseburger that’s being advertised. They got it wrong. It’s not supposed to have mustard on it. I hate mustard on my burger. It’s supposed to have the crispy onions, pickles, cheese.and ketchup and MAYO! All I could taste was the awful yellow mustard. I went thru the drive thru so by the time I noticed they majorly screwed it up I was too far away

Drive thru great service. Ordered our two meals & a Heath Blizzard for our senior parent. The manager was so kind and even held the Blizzard upside down with a spoon showing us while saying THIS is thick. In awe of it’s cool treat wonder a raised lid was then added.

A very nice man waited on us. He had to work in the kitchen along with waiting on customers and told the other man not to get our sundaes till we were finished with our meals.
When that man served us our sundaes, it was obvious he hadn’t followed instructions.
Melted sundaes are not really appetizing.
Other than that, everything was great!

I’ve ordered from DQ because of their 85 bonus points promotion the last three weeks. Today, as I was picking up my food (mix and match of two chicken strips and a small strawberry sundae), I was offered a free chocolate milkshake due to an error. I was super excited about it and shared it with coworkers! I’m sure they could’ve kept it, but they offered it to me, which meant something. Thank you again, DQ!

Ordered few times in the past and same thing!!! Ordered extra oreo. Sure dont get extra but they charge ya for it. Ridiculous and charge 7 plus dollars and can’t even add extra oreo.

Ordered two meals and two blizzards. I had two shorter black/dark brown hairs in my blizzard and one longer brown hair in my cheeseburger. My husband didn’t eat his blizzard because of mine so who knows how many hairs were in it. (Didn’t find the hair until we got home and I was not going to drive all the way back for replacement)

Bought lunch (chili hot dog and chicken strips) and it was okay? Super hot so that was a positive. But our blizzards, I ordered a heath and got a salted Carmel truffle tastes like, i could have had an allergic reaction if I was allergic. And my husband got a Java chip and it tasted freezer burnt. I won’t be coming back.

The last two times I’ve purchased a blizzard all the candy was in the top 1/4 of the cup. Everything below that was just vanilla ice cream. They used to add more and disperse it throughout.

We like going to Dairy Queen for the Blizzards, and this store is convenient. Two of the last three times we went in the Blizzards were more like a milkshake. They are also out of ingredients a lot of the time.
