I ordered on their website and if you absolutely want Domino’s I would recommend ordering it through DoorDash instead of their app or through their website in cases where you might need a refund because the food is crap and you have to order more because the first order was uneatable. I made a complaint through the email and was only given two options 20% off my next order and a free pizza. I don’t want a free pizza or 20% off my next order. I want my money back. It’s $50 down the drain. Tried to call they refused a refund because it’s not “refund worthy”. In my eyes having to order more food because the first order was uneatable is refund worthy, but oh well. The worker was nice enough, however the second pizza was delivered to the completely wrong address so three stars for service.

I felt racially profiled ( I am Panamanian female) the guy (Caucasian ) ahead of me in line asked for extra dipping sauce he received it free at no charge the cashier actually gave him 3 extra sauce cups. I asked for ranch and received attitude and was told I had to pay. highly disappointed I ordered extra meat and cheese on my pizza and it was not any extra. It was scarce. legit the worst pizza and entire order in general…the alfredo pasta was old pasta for sure and dry as a bone, the parmesan bites were burnt and they gave us NO sauce with it, and my pizza was terrible i have to do no cheese bc im dairy free …..asked for extra sauce they put barely any sauce, asked for bacon it was completely inedible idk what happened there … and so i drove it back to the store. never again.

When I first started ordering from them it was going good I’m saying the food was good, the delivery was on point but I come to realize that if you don’t “tip” them than it’s an issue but my apologies for not having it and only having enough for just the food. I could be reaching but I just feel like they handle you and your stuff lousy if you don’t tip which is weird. However some of the workers are really nice and understanding but I wish all of them were like that but it is what it is.

I ordered online for pick up. I also opted to have it brought out to my car. It asked for the type of car I had as well as me clicking. I am here once I got there while I clicked on here I it said to put my hazards on so that they would know it was me. I did that I sat there waiting waiting finally I get up and go in and they’re all just sitting down chitchat and doing nothing not as if my pizza is sitting in the box sitting there getting cold as I wait outside so they can hee hee ha ha Kiki in a circle won’t be ordering from here again I’ll try the other Domino’s next time
