This was our first time, We had good service. We had the crab cakes for starters-yum. Then we had the Brussels sprouts & mashed potatoes both could use some flavor, scoop it with your meat. At the moment their top 2 dishes are the fillet with drippings & the bourbon glazed salmon. Both were fire we took the chocolate cake home, it was rich and moist. If you like the cedar plank salmon at Bonefish you will love this even more!!

This is my first time visiting the restaurant. It’s in a great location with plenty of free parking. As a retired military Vet, I’ve had the pleasure of trying different restaurant throughout the states and all over the world. I try to give an honest and fair review to each place I review.

Copper & Cow is a combination of an affordable steak restaurant with a delicious lobster cocktail (for starters), the perfect cooked mid rare steaks that are tender and flavorful. ( Many places cook their mid rare to a point is mid well). The lights are dim for a romantic atmosphere for 2 or small group), wonderful service, and the dessert special, was a delicious bread pudding. This is a great place for a date and if you’re looking for great food without over paying.

Seven of us went last night for my bday. Service was amazing. Decore is okay, minimal. Room is very dark. Lobster cocktail was good, even cold. Drinks were mid. We tried sangria, cider spritz and bees knees. Wasn’t in love with any. Husband said old fashion was great. I feel like they are great at two things: steak and old fashions. Drunken mushrooms were decent. Truffle fries had zero truffle oil. Scallops were awful and very under cooked. Sea bass was decent. Cream brûlée was great. Bananas foster was amazing! Just limited menu.

Ok, I will start with some positive notes and then the issues. So nice cozy atmosphere, service great, old fashion and steaks were acceptable. We started with fried green tomatoes, beet salad, and bread. The fried green tomatoes and sauce were unsalted and too tomatoes cut too thick. The salad was wilted and undressed. The bread was severely underbaked, the butter was good. Next we had filet, ribeye, and brown butter chicken with mashed potatoes, truffle fries and mac and cheese. The steaks were fine but the chicken was awful. It was not grilled and should have been a brined skin on airline breast for better presentation or at least grilled. It was like a 5oz baked breast with no color, the sauce was overly sweet, too much and alcohol wasn’t reduced, the broccoli wasn’t blanched before charring (should have been broccolini) and wasn’t dressed with anything and it was served over rice a roni like pilaf. The only flavor note for the chicken was sweetness. The Mac and cheese had no cheese flavor, needed salt and was garnished with jalapeños but didn’t have any jalapeño flavor throughout so it is an odd choice for garnish. The mashed potatoes were ok. And the fries were a 1/4 shoestring like what you would get from McDonalds with no truffle flavor. This is supposed to be a higher end restaurant- you should be hand cutting your fries. The truffle flavor was negligible, they could have used a truffle salt, oil, or bumped up the fine diced canned ones that were barely noticeable on the plate. This was a pricey dinner, do better.

Stopped in after a 3,5 mile walking workout! It was time to eat! Ordered a ceasar salad, french bread, center cut filet, mashed potatoes. ALL were DELICIOUS! GREAT customer service and I was VERY pleased. So much I decided to order the bourbon pistachio ice cream for desert. Another winner! RECOMMENDED!

Delicious and relatively affordable steaks? Check. A full menu of just whisky? Check. Old fashioned, darkened dining room? Check. I had the good ol’ standby, center-cut 8 oz fillet mignon, medium rare of course. The atmosphere made for an enjoyable steak experience. And I enjoyed a smoky Joseph Magnus whisky.

This is a great little steakhouse with a cozy atmosphere in a convenient location. The menu consists of a good variety of steaks and seafood, a good selection of sides and a large selection of whiskeys. I tried the wagyu steak which was very tasty, but the star was the bourbon steak sauce which was probably the best steak sauce I’ve ever had! The brussel sprouts were also incredibly delicious. We also tried the bourbon chocolate cake which was great and more than enough for two people to share. Service was just average, but it was nice to have the chef come out and check up on us. Prices are on the high side, but I do feel like the quality of the food matched the price tag. Overall, I would come here again if I were to be celebrating a special occasion to warrant the cost.

Amazing restaurant with a fun, lounge vibe. We were very impressed by the atmosphere, service, and food. Special shoutout to Coty for his incredible customer service and thoughtful communication with my wife and I on our anniversary – awesome experience for us as first-time visitors!

The drink menus had good options and we tried a few cocktails that were good – the service was quick and it was a fun experience sitting next to the bar to watch Coty work. Food menu was exceptional and we tried two apps, an entree, and a dessert – all were fantastic! The braised short ribs and Mac n Cheese were good and the Bourbon Chocolate Cake was one of the best chocolate cakes we’ve had to date.

Great experience and highly recommend for a couples dinner or even a work event if you can book the space. Will be back soon to visit and try more menu items! Keep up the great work team!

Ari is such a personable and sweet server. She gave us some great suggestions and was just so kind. We celebrated our engagement here and the whole staff was great. The manager brought over 2 glasses of champagne and we got a free dessert.

I would suggest this restaurant to anyone who is planning on celebrating a special day, or just looking for some fantastic food and attentive service.

Considering there’s a “business casual” dress code I was surprised to be greeted by a hostess wearing a spring break sweatshirt, baggy pants and green hair. It took almost 10 minutes before a server came to our table. The prices were expensive so we expected to be blown away by the food but unfortunately the presentation was sloppy and the food itself was flavorless. I ordered the chicken and I could have gotten a better dinner at Applebees. The chicken was dry and had zero flavor. My boyfriend got a steak that was good but the Mac and cheese was awful. It tasted like pasta slathered in oil with zero seasoning or flavor. There’s nothing on the menu worth the prices they are charging.
