I ordered the seafood noodles, the Big Mac Roll, the Caroline Roll, and the American sashimi platter — and every single dish was phenomenal. The seafood noodles were rich and flavorful, perfectly cooked, and packed with fresh ingredients. The sushi rolls were incredibly creative and beautifully presented. The flavors truly popped on my palate — fresh, balanced, and vibrant with every bite. The sashimi platter was especially impressive, with high-quality cuts that tasted clean and buttery.

Even the details elevated the experience. The hot tea was served in a ceramic kettle with loose green tea, which added a warm, authentic touch to the meal.

If you’re looking for fresh sushi, bold flavors, and a cozy, peaceful dining atmosphere in Middletown, Nuida is absolutely worth the visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Good food and super friendly waitress. They also cut a cake for us for someone’s birthday which was so nice! The sushi was super yummy. It was fresh and the flavors were good. I got the spicy sushi roll platter which wasn’t too spicy which I liked. The soups and noodles were also pretty good.

Eat here! Not local, but met family here as a halfway point. Random choice- so glad we made it! Not crowded as it was 12/26, so we were able to stay for an extended lunch. Staff was so welcoming, food was great (best gyoza we have had), and prices were quite reasonable. Would definitely return when we are in the area.

Hands down the best sushi in the Middletown area. Every roll is different in its own way and is absolutely incredible. Perfectly balanced flavors in their specialty rolls. Simple and delicious a la cart rolls. The attention to detail and thought that went into making each and every one their items is something you don’t see every day. I cannot recommend Niuda enough. You’re doing yourself a disservice by ordering sushi anywhere but here.

Food poisoning and diarrhea after having lunch today! The place is nice and they are welcoming! I went there many times over the years.
Today I had lunch with some coworkers and I got food poisoning with terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea! Terrible! DO NOT EAT sushi there! Maybe other food is safe but not what I had! Not sure how fresh the food is anymore or how clean is the place! Now I pray that I did not get some crazy bacteria! Never again! Crossed the place of my list!

Hi Im A Flying Person

I went here back in September with my friends. I got calamari and shrimp scallion noodles. The calamari was good, but it was kinda dry. I didn’t like the noodles, it just tasted like straight onion. I want to give this place another chance, there are probably better things on their menu. Our service was good, our server was so nice! This place is small and it has a cozy feel.
