Had a wonderful, fresh breakfast and a nice dinner at the restaurant in The Westin in Palo Alto. The breakfast I chose was the bar which included eggs, bacon, potatoes, and French toast. Cereal, coffee, OJ, and toast was available as well a 8 varieties of fruit.
For dinner, I started with the cheese plate and finished with the Soleil Burger with Gilroy fries. Long Islands were outstanding. The cheese plate was excellent and served with toast. The burger was cooked to perfection with bacon and cheddar.

Very hit or miss. Bacon is thick and cooked properly, but super Smokey. One day the scrambled eggs are cooked in butter (yum) the next they’re cooked in seed oils (disgusting). Coffee is worse than Starbucks but the fruit is quite good.

I’m lost. The pics look great but it’s a little Cafe like situation inside the Westin. Yes they make it classy with happy hour etc but it’s like any other food spot at your hotel…just letting you know in case the pics are screaming fine dinning. Folks are checking in at the front desk while you sip Pinot…and it’s Marriott so they serve chicken apple sausage for breakfast

My husband took me here for Mothers day brunch and it is wonderful! The food was fresh, delicious and nicely presented. The staff were all cheerful and helpful. We had a great time and a well stuffed tummy. Valet parking is included too!
