I understand this location is in a small town that doesn’t sustain the same food rushes that a more populated area would (meaning they could use the old stuff quicker without it going bad), but if 80% of the lettuce put in my sandwich is pinkish instead of green, maybe try throwing it out instead. The elderly lady taking orders at the Subway began every interaction with “How many?”, which confused almost everyone I saw while I was there. The only other staff member—responsible for cleaning—seemed oddly out of it, possibly under the influence, which was surprising given that the restroom was actually very clean.
The building itself has an old-world charm, but unfortunately, that’s about the only positive thing I can say about the place.

Bread is hard and I didn’t get it toasted. footlong not cut in half, hard bread didn’t tear apart well and since my stuff was falling out it was a disaster. And my toppings fell out when I picked it up cause they weren’t in the sandwich fully.

The sandwich was great – which is why I even gave this place any stars at all. The lady with the glasses, black hair, and eyeliner had a nasty nasty nasty attitude. I thought she had been done punching in the order in her machine, ready to pay and her response was “I’m still putting in the order. The machine can’t read my mind like most people think it does”

Food was average for subway. However the manager working was treating the employees so badly I am leaving only one star. This is definitely not a one time thing. She was so rude and aggressive to them even with customers right there. At one point she went outside and we thought she was talking to a dog or something but no, it was an employee.
Upper management: take care of this. I didn’t catch her name but she had a neck tattoo.

They messed up all three sandwiches I ordered they did fix one of them but wouldn’t fix the other one. Got home to open the third and found out they had put all the wrong toppings on it. The receipt shows what we ordered exactly but they gave us all the wrong stuff.

I have been doing the online ordering and like it. But there’s a few things that need addressed. #1 is paying attention to when they come in on their system. #2 Looking at the add-ons. I get home and they are never on my Wrap or sandwich most of the time. Tired of paying for them and not getting them. Other than that I like the store and everything is fresh and good.

The lady Karawn is extremely rude and sassy and has no concept of customer service. Also at no point did anyone ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted like they’re supposed to. So when I asked if I could get it toasted she smirked and said it was too late.
