The customer service at this location is impeccable, and all of the girls are so sweet. I come here often as it is my favorite location in westchester county.
I was very upset when I came here today. I had every intention to dine-in, however, I found myself unable to do so due to the FREEZING temperatures INSIDE the store. It is very uncomfortable for us costumers to be in a store so cold (as other customers also expressed their concerns and disappointment). I cannot imagine the employees who have to work in these conditions. I was very surprised to find the conditions of the store and hope the issue is rectified as soon as possible.
I understand this winter is very brutal, but it is the same temperature inside of the store as it is outside… unacceptable.

The store was an absolute mess. The tables are all dirty, the staff is not friendly, and the service is incredibly slow. Definitely do not recommend. They ran out of blueberries and the boy at the register said “we ran out of blueberries so…..” without providing an alternative.

I really love the bowls here — they’re always fresh and delicious. The only thing I’ve noticed is that every time I come in, there’s a strong bleach smell, maybe from cleaning the floors. It’s not a huge deal, but it can be a little overwhelming

Second bad experience here, so writing a review. Ordering system issues both times. One in person and one as delivery. Got the completely wrong order delivered and they didn’t even communicate with anyone that they aren’t sure of what orders are going with which drivers

I stopped by your location on Monday morning and I was very pleased with my experience. The two girls there were very nice and they told me they just came back from college. There is a noticeable difference in service when the college kids are home. They are very welcoming and extremely efficient!

This place was SO horrendous. We waited 30 long painful minutes for our one açaí bowl. After being there for 30 minutes, they finally asked us what were waiting for. There had been at least 10 other people that had ordered after us and gotten their order first. When I got my food, there had been a hair in it. Disgusting I say! I had such high expectations from the advertising but I have been let down. Do better.

Absolutely LOVE Playa Bowls- I go almost every day and it makes my day whenever I go. The only reason why I gave a 4 star for service is that its just a little slow when making it so just plan on 5-10 mins for them to make your bowl. Other than that, amazing all around. Totally recommend!
