Really poor experience. Ordered 2 pizzas and the dough was essentially raw/inedible.
I called the manager to let them know.
The woman I spoke with said “when you order extra sauce it’ll make the pizza seem doughy”. I told her it wasn’t due to the sauce the bottom was completely pale. She then proceeded to tell me that she had vendors scheduled to check the ovens out tomorrow and she would let them know. She never offered to refund me or even just offer me maybe a pizza in the future. I won’t be returning, our party refused to eat them.

I ordered the treat box and boneless wings for dinner for my kids and I Saturday night. I usually order from a different location but we were on the way home from this side of town and decided to order carry out from this location via the app. Needless to say, everything was great! From the quality of the food, and staff; I wish I got her name she was so sweet and happy; wait time was as stated on app I think a few mins less and restaurant was clean. Nevertheless, we enjoyed dinner and will be back.

We had our pizza delivered but the atmosphere at our house was amazing, so I gave it a 5 also! We love a good Tavern style BBB pizza and this was no exception. The service was very fast and the pizza arrived hot and ready to eat along with our free breadsticks. This is the 2nd time in a week for us to have Pizza Hut. Our daughter and son-in-law ordered it the first time and it was great then too. I had it cut in square pieces but believe in the future I will stay with the regular slices. Thanks for mmmm delicious dinner last night

I use this Lakewood Ranch location for pick up orders only but it’s always gotten things correct. I tend to be a stickler for arrival times and they’ve always had it ready when I’ve walked in. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. One evening, I had a particular complex order so that I could utilize multiple coupons and online offers and they nailed it the first time. Only four stars for atmosphere because it’s not a sitdown restaurant where atmosphere is a consideration, but it is nice and clean!

Pizza was phenomenal. Delivery was quicker than expected. I talked to the delivery gentleman and he was a delight. I used to be a dominos person but-NO MORE- it’s only Pizza Hut for me from now on.
Had leftover pizza the next day and it was just as yummy as when first delivered!

Wings are always on point. The pizza is good almost everytime, but my most recent purchase the pizza was undercooked and super chewy, cheese was cold (I live across the street so it didn’t get cold on my way home) there was a girl alone doing everything so I’d say it’s a one off and they need better staffing.
