I have been here multiple times and each time the bagels have minimal seeds and lose most of any that were on them. I tried one last time and my poppyseed bagel was essentially a plain bagel. I finally chose to point this out to the owner and her response was just that that’s how the seeds are and to look at the other side as if there were more seeds on the other side of the bagel, but it was completely bare. That’s not how the bagels are at other competing bagel shops, which I will go to only from now on. It was tasteless. I wouldn’t post this normally, as I wish to see places succeed, but the owner didn’t seem to care to fix the issue or offer me another option and that’s problematic when your item is poorly made and you as the owner don’t seem to care.

This was my first time visiting the Bagel Factory & Deli, and it did not disappoint! The menu had a good variety of breakfast and lunch items as well as some bakery options. We got breakfast sandwiches on french toast bagels, coffee cake, and a chocolate chip muffin. Everything was very tasty. It’s a great local business that I was happy to support!

The best hand made bagels in town… You should try the coffee… It’s better then Dunkin donuts. I highly recommend this place because the atmosphere here is very inviting and the booths are comfortable… You can watch the fish move here… They even have funco pop figures for sale which is awesome because I’m a collector

Great variety of delicious bagels with some of the best flavored cream cheeses in the area. It’s also a nice change to not have a place be sold out of bagels at 10:00 in the morning and not making any more for the day unlike some other well-known local spots.

I had a really disappointing experience today at this place. First of all, there was a wrapped pastry on the floor and I accidentally stepped on it. I took the pastry up to the counter and told them. The lady thanked me, but then she put the pastry back on the counter to sell to somebody else. Also, I was thoroughly disturbed by the way they treat their fish. There were about 5 fish in murky water, and there was absolutely nothing in that small tank for them. There is no reason to have store pets if you are going to neglect them and not even provide them with a proper environment. Overall, the food was okay but I won’t be eating there again knowing that they sell food that has been stepped on. Please be more mindful!

Have ordered bagels via a door dash a few times for my shop. One of the only places that you can do half or full dozen assorted via DoorDash! Bagels are always really good! Today I ordered a breakfast wrap, egg, spinach feta and bacon. OH MY GOD!!! One of the best breakfast wraps I’ve had in a LONG time!!! Super yummy!! Will continue to go back!
