Great location and food service. Register workers were good but it seems like every time I go here the personal the register has no personality whatsoever. I smile and greet them with a good morning, afternoon, or evening and they do not respond. I fully understand that they are doing their job but a little bit of positive customer hospitality would be nice. The bathrooms here could use a deep cleaning. Between the smell and trash it takes away from the other positive aspects of the location. The workers that prepare the food, they are excellent. Always positive and smiling. The store itself is maintained pretty well to be as busy as it is. The outside area is also maintained pretty well. I think a lot of people whostop at this location use it to unload all of the trash out of their car and are not very neat about it when they do. The gas prices are also a bit above other gas stations around the area. I know that this causes the location to lose business according to friends I talk with. A little bit of work here and there at this location will get them to the 5 stars.

I want to thank the manager Summer, she was amazing with getting our order fixed and so polite. Aidan was prompt and so polite and Mushkin, another staff member made our wawa experience amazing for a Friday that started off hectic and rushed. Thank you guys for turning my Friday around. The friendly customer service would be a reason to frequent this location.

Whether it’s curbside pickup on picking up in-store, my food is never ready on time and my order is never fully correct. They will be fully staffed and still miss items on your order or forget to bring you your curbside bag. Save yourself the trouble and go in to pay in-person. There is no convenience at this location. Very ignorant.

Came here from Jacksonville NC and we dont have such gas stations there… This is how you know youre back in civilization!!

Overall a meh experience, I work as a Public servant and my partner and I ordered pickup. The food was very well made however when the driver got the order drinks were missing. I asked them to return and see if they were ever made and yes but were left out of place one was a milkshake that was completely melted the other was an energy drink that was super watered down do to ice melt. The driver asked them to remake the drinks and was told “they were too busy” to make it right. I will be limiting my business at least with this particular store.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I frequent Wawa often however this location consistently misses the standard for service. The food is always cold and sloppy. There is always an item missing. Ordering online or they the mobile app is horrible and something is always wrong and they refuse to correct their error. The team lacks any type of hospitality and act like it’s a bother to come. This is the closet Wawa to my house but now I may reconsider my business with the whole company in the event I don’t wanna drive 4 miles further for a better location! This store needs new leadership or to close!

Love this place! Everytime I come to Virginia I stop by a Wawa especially this one.
I got a wawa tea from the fridge, a sausage egg and cheese muffin from the front near the cash register and 1 doughnut because why not? The bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. My husband got a sandwich from the kiosk and we didn’t have too long of a wait for it.
This location in particular is not 24/7 and has hours between 5am to 12am. I highly recommend stopping by wawa to enjoy their nice selection of food, drinks, fuel and customer service.
