This Starbucks was a pleasant surprise! It’s inside of the Doubletree hotel and absolutely beautiful! My friend and I relaxed and had a nice latte, conversation, and bagels. The view was amazing and I enjoyed every single minute of our visit!

It’s a Starbucks so your going to get consistent service and quality. I am not a huge fan of their coffee, but that’s just my preference. The food is pretty good for what it is. We didn’t have much choice as its in the hotel, but overall it’s good and quick when staying at the DoubleTree.

As of today, July 30, 2025 There was one specific worker that just had a terrible attitude and was all on her phone that did not seem very professional at all. I did not want to order anything at all. She was also rushing us and didn’t give us made us feel uncomfortable. she was visually gorgeous, but her attitude was hideous. Although the guy made a really good drink for my friend though

Due to theee rudeness @ my home store on Western Avenue in South Bend I have to make a small trip to the location on 23 & Ironwood in Martin’s… the Manager Kayla & her TEAM ROCK! They never disappoint!
Time is nothing when your coffee is tha bomb!

Placed my order and paid. They proceeded to take 10 other orders after mine. I was the only one left and was asked if I had everything. I said no I’m still waiting. Answer was well we are only 2 people back here. I told them I was a food service manager and they should fill orders in the order they come in. I waited 15 min. for 2 second sandwiches. I was also told they did not care and maybe I should come behind the counter and try working. Totally rude and uncalled for. This was on Sunday September 4 at approximately 11:00am. You need to watch these 2 young girls. They had time to text on their phones while I was waiting.

it smelt terrible like sewage, the coffee was watered down…not happy this location needs revamped all together, never seem to have anything i want to order.
This is not a freestanding location, you cannot use rewards, and it is such a pain in the butt trying to pay off your Starbucks app.
