Only my 2nd ever visit to wing stop and I was truly impressed with the quality, freshness, and flavor of the wings were ordered. My wife got the hickory smoked BBQ and I got the spicy Korean. And both were very good. The perfect amount of sauce so that they weren’t drenched and made the wings soft.
We loved our wings fried hard and they didn’t disappoint. Fries were seasoned with what appeared to be salt but the seasoning was very good. Loved the fries as they were fresh cut and very tasty.
There’s a sitting area inside and outside,a TV and bathrooms. The staff was very friendly. Clean restaurant.

It was good, but not great. Three tenders and fries with blue cheese dressing and mango habanero sauce. The sauce was tasty but very sticky and the seasoning on the fries was ok, but oddly sweet. The tenders were a little overcooked but not horrible and the fries were not hot, but not stone cold yet (while I did get order to go, I tried the fries in the car, so they hadn’t just cooled on the way home). Overall it was just ok.

Customer service was great…I made an online order. Wait was 48 mins – not an issue. New and understand it’s busy. Arrived….bag was sitting on rack. Had to stand in line to wait and fix my drinks for a to go order…drink area wasn’t clean…seems too small to handle the crowd yet seemed to be over crowded with employees but very scattered. Cheese fries were cold and wilted…I ordered 2 10 pc boneless wing combos and Cajun corn. Fries from the other order were packed outside everything else uncovered, cold and wilted. Boneless wings were warm as if they were sitting as well…most breading was falling off. Corn was ok but cold as well. For $42 I didn’t find it acceptable nor with the almost hour wait time suggested on the mobile app. It’s one thing to wait I don’t mind but if I wait I would like fresh food. I don’t have a desire to return.

Wow. Awful place to go. Waited almost five minutes to place order. Very rude manager (black middle aged lady with braids). She should not be dealing with the public. She telling off the customers and fighting the workers. She’s cussing about what “she aint gonna do”, she’s not coming back to work…telling customers walking in to put an online order and come back.

Get this. Crazy…my bill comes out to $17.04. I give her a $20 bill. She says I have to give you back 2.75 because we have no change. I say I should pay 21 centes because you don’t have change. Should you give me the four cents ($3 back). I thought she was going to lose it…why did I say that? Be she blew up i said no problem, I want a refund. She says we can’t give refunds without approval from the store manager. I said ok. She said I have to call them. I said ok. Then someone stepped up with the four pennies. Meltdown averted. Do not come here. Horrible place to eat

Not very good. The fries were cold. Not crispy at all. The chicken wings were not fresh. They were not hot when I took them home. The lady’s attitude was not very good. The price was too expensive. The corn was delicious. The 3 stars are for the corn. On the way home, the taste of the corn… I recommend ordering the corn. It’s really good.

From past experiences, the service has always been pretty good and remains the same. They typically work to get peoples’ orders out in a timely manner. Majority of the workers are also pretty friendly with great customer service skills, others still need a little work.
This particular visit I decided to try the plain traditional wings with fries, a side of ranch and hi-c. The wings were really good, especially with the ranch, the drink was also refreshing. However, the fries (which are normally my favorite) tasted really old to the point I couldn’t even stomach them.
My man also got a wing combo of 10 lemon pepper traditional wings with fries and he loved the wings, but also could not eat the fries.
We did end up throwing the fries away because they tasted that bad, but this has to have been a one off because we normally go there just for the fries so I’m not sure what happened.
But this order id say was a 7/10 overall and we’lol probably try them again.

I don’t even know where to start with how bad my experience was. I placed a DoorDash order for a boneless wing meal from this Wingstop, and what I got was far from boneless. I literally bit into a bone hidden inside one of the so called boneless wings and ended up hurting my mouth. It was painful, disgusting, and dangerous.
The incompetence at this location is honestly astounding. The staff is slow and clearly not trained properly. From how long it takes for my orders to be prepared in store to the fact that they couldn’t even manage something as basic as making sure the “boneless” wings were actually boneless. It’s unacceptable. I tried calling the store multiple times to report the issue and ask what could be done. No one answered. It’s like they don’t care at all about their customers once they’ve taken your money. To make things worse, DoorDash support said they can’t refund me or do anything about it, which is just ridiculous. I paid for something I didn’t receive correctly, got injured from it, and there’s zero accountability from either the restaurant or the delivery platform. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

placed an order online even left a tip and my COLD fries were thrown in a bag . One order of fries and veggies were missing. My wings were raw. The guy on the phone had no idea what he was talking about and put me hold when I called rather than help make it right. I will never be back. The food is trash just like how I was treated on the phone. I work hard for my money and this is unacceptable.

Placed online order at 5pm and selected to be ready at 5:45pm. Got to the store at 5:45pm and didn’t get my food until 6:30pm. On top of that, watched the guy working WITHOUT GLOVES drop a fry on the ground, pick it up, and put it back in the fry basket. Do not recommend.
