This is usually a fun spot for casual dining, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Service fell well below expectations when trying to enjoy New Years Day with the family. Our server was rarely at the table, our dinner order was not placed, and after nearly an hour we had to flag her down to learn what happened. Despite the delay and lack of service, she included in the bill included an automatic 20% gratuity with no acknowledgment or adjustment for the experience. Unfortunately, this visit made it difficult to recommend the place to visitirs for first time experiences when we’ve otherwise enjoyed and supported.

Perfect setting to enjoy libations, rock solid food in a location that just makes you smile! The staff is very good, the service spot on. Open to the public making a dining event special for all you take advantage. We will be back, sooner than later.

A friendly group of people run our community restaurant overlooking the Tennis Courts. Nice outdoor tables provide a relaxing setting during the Season. Excellent seafood options on the menu, and a large bar area with sports on several TV’s. Live music is weekly and makes for fun Sunday nights.

As long-time Pelican Marsh residents we were so excited at the idea of having a casual place to eat/drink inside the community. However, after about 10-15 dinners, a lot of money spent, and many conversations with fellow residents, the consensus among all of us in a nutshell is that Courtside’s food is just average at best, the service is usually poor, female hostess is usually rude (If you’re under the age of 50 expect to be treated like a second class citizen), and the atmosphere is nice.

I don’t think I have ever been at a place with the fewest number of staff trying to serve the greatest number of people and for this terrible service they add a 20% gratuity.
This place should be out of business but the great location they have been given is saving them— hopefully they don’t fiu.
