My mom and I had a Subway gift card, so we decided to stop in the Flossmoor Commons location. For some reason, we could not find the meatball sandwich to do the buy one get one for a $1. When we asked the clerk for his help, he was none. In short, it became too complicated, so we had to forego the deal and pay regular prices. The sandwiches were great. However, the tissue to wipe our mouths was balled up in the bag like it was an old, used snot rag. Additionally, 1 of the 2 multifamily restrooms needed cleaning. We like Subway but my mom and I won’t be coming back to this location.

Save your time, energy, and money and don’t go to this Subway. Unfortunately, the person serving and making the sandwiches had a language barrier and I couldn’t understand him and he couldn’t understand me. He overcharged me for a sandwich because of this. I got tired of explaining after he gave me my receipt and I just left. I won’t be going back. Paid $40 for 2 sandwiches and 4 bags of chips. Ridiculous

We ordered online using the nationally accepted coupon provided to Subway Rewards members. Upon arriving we were given a voided receipt and when asked why our order was canceled he acted as if he did not speak English so he could avoid the conversation. They just didn’t want to honor a Subway coupon, at a subway. Once I got there I was actually happy it was canceled, gross atmosphere. Store is nasty and has visible grime at the sandwich station. Reporting to corporate, disgusting franchise location that reflects poorly on the brand.

I ordered online and I even called in to confirm. The Indian man didn’t even follow what I ordered. He basically ignored what I said over the phone and my order online. My sandwhich isn’t what I wanted & what I expected. Don’t order from here

Horrible customer service. While making my sandwich I asked for extra black olives and the owner demanded to the worker that I get charged for extra condiments. All I asked for on my sandwich was cheese, lettuce and tomatoes nothing else. I understand many languages. The owner and the worker are rude and racist. Fruit flies everywhere. Condiments have not been changed. They never accept any promotions. Greedy. Just go down the street to the other subway. Location 18350 Governors Hwy, Homewood.They are always nice. Condiments are fresh there. And always accept promotions. Stop supporting businesses that are rude to a paying customer.

Stopped into Subway for a soup and sandwich. While there after the guy took my order I had a medical emergency. I paid for my food and tipped the guy $2. I asked him if I could have just a little bit of a sweet drink after realizing I was going to get sick. He said no that I would have pay for a full drink if I want it. I told him I didn’t think that was right since I had already bought the food and I was in a emergency state. Could he just let me have a sip of liquid? He said he would get in trouble. I would have to pay for the sip. After further discussion, he gave me the sip and told me to get out of the store. I had just spent $16 on soup and sandwich and his tip. I just wanted some relief. He created a scene in front of customers as if I was not a paying customer myself and treated me as if it didn’t matter to him if I came back there or not. I asked to speak to the manager. He refused to give me any information and he said that that information is not available to the public. I think this is outrageous and is not the way a regular Subway customer should be treated.

Under new ownership & runs 10x’s better then before. I was actually greeted & waited immediately by someone with a friendly smile & attitude. Then they actually had all the ingredients for my sandwich (unlike the previous operator), made quickly & correctly. Tasted good too! The store interior is now clean & attractive, and again, unlike the previous operator, the lights are on & the front door has been replaced. I wish all Subways operated this efficiently…, thankful for new ownership!! I will be back & soon!!

My sandwich cost $20 I had Philly. Steak and when I told him to add more meat. That’s when the price went up.
Without that extra meat, that sandwich would have been just bread and lettuce.
I won’t be going back there for lunch. $20 sound crazy.
