Pretty good pizza; I’ve ordered here several times for pickup (I’ve never tried delivery so can’t speak to that). Pizza has always been ready on time, and the employees seem professional. Regular prices are kind of high, but the deals and promotions make it affordable.

Ordered a pizza to a new area in Wasilla (not on maps). They told me 30-40 minutes. Tried calling around 11:00 PM, but no answer since it was closed. Now, I have a pending charge for something I didn’t get. No call back on directions either, by the way. I even offered to pick up myself.

A huge problem i faced is that a couple of times, the order has been wrong, or they take way longer than the time they said they would arrive. Not like 30 minute late, it ended up being 1 hour and a half, and once they arrived, they tried giving half eaten garlic bread. Other than that, this pizza is the bomb. It’s easy to eat on a lactose intolerance stomach, and the cookie they have is delicious! I love their garlic knots. I 100% recommend them, and if you want popcorn chicken, get it. My family had a lot of fun for celebration and I’ve been here without a celebration for lime movie nights.

Our last order took nearly 2 hours to get delivered. Called the store and no one answers
Once we ordered not realizing it was 20 min before they closed
So we called the store no one answers & over 2 hours later we have already ordered dominos and it’s already been delivered and opened and plated and eating when papa John’s pulled in the driveway with cold pizzas saying he couldn’t find the place – my house is well lit, seen from the street and large numbers for the address.
If you order – just go get it and trust that delivery may or may not be a hassle for you as well.

Seems pretty standard for a Papa Johns pizza place. The folks have been friendly, are typically prompt and order accuracy has never been an issue at this location. I usually use the app to order for pickup when I come back from work, so most times I can just pick up my order and go.

I just want to say how much I appreciate Papa John’s tonight with their professionalism and speedy delivery. I ordered pizza and forgot to change the address to my new address. I called to let them know and they were respectful and professional when I called. Then when I tracked my order and saw it was delivered I called to ask them about it. Once again, they were professional and said there was a problem during delivery and the 2nd person to take the delivery didn’t get the address change. They said they would remake and send it to me as soon as possible. Papa John’s did just that, they delivered everything within 20 minutes. Even though there was an error on both our ends, Papa John’s had no problem fixing it. Thank you.
