Great place to enjoy the flavors of the Puerto Rican cuisine. First time at this place, and it didn’t disappoint. Fresh, delicious, and very Boricua. Mariela was amazing and very attentive with great customer service. I totally recommend this place.

Yes, I waited about 30 minutes for my food but she did mention that after I paid, and there were only two workers there. I was not in a rush and it’s literally around the corner from my house so I didn’t mindI got the Picadillo Personal sampler a Nutella frappe and a cheesecake frappe. The sampler was delicious overall I just didn’t care for the hotdog and cheese empanadila not for me. It took about 5 minutes to order. They were receiving calls as well. Not really too upset about that. The customer service was good. The lady taking the order was nice. For food We ordered 1 alcapurria, 2 chicken empanadas, 1 small papas locas. For drinks we ordered acerola juice and kola champagne. We weren’t expecting fast food as there was someone ahead of us that seemed to have medium order. But we also We weren’t expecting to have to wait an hour though. The lady did not tell us how long it would be which would have helped us decide to go somewhere else. I will say the food was hot when we did get it and could tell it was fresh. Overall the alcapurria was delicious and the acerola juice was great as well. The papas locas and the empanadas were mid. Kola always hits lol if you are expecting fast this is not it, but I will call ahead next time to get my alcapurria and acerola juice

Mofongo was ok as far as flavor but consistency was too soft
Empanada de Lasaña was good
Best part of it was their piña colada frappe it was delicious!
Ask for different things of the menu and most of what I ask for was out of stock.

My husband and I came here and put in an order to go and say at one of the tables and proceeded to wait almost a full hour before we got our food. The little family of 4 that was right in front of us got there order and finished there meal and we were still waiting for our food. The food itself was OK, we had never had Puerto Rican food before and so didn’t know what it’s supposed to taste like. The cost of the meal for the 2 of us was just under $30 and not really worth it in my opinion partially because they had also left out the rice of the beans and rice order, the hot sauce I asked for, and all they had to drink was water or their version of a milkshake. Just as I was going to ask for my money back to go elsewhere 2 people came out to give me our partial order and when I mentioned the time we had to wait, all of a sudden they couldn’t understand me. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone, unless you speak Puerto Rican, don’t mind being overcharged and don’t mind waiting an hour to get your food.
It’s really too bad because we really like places like this but we won’t go to this one again.

We had appetizers the alcapurias, mofongo balls, sorullos de maíz, were very good!
I’m not into corn dogs so that wasn’t good for me, they tasted fine though.
Carne frita ehh. The octopus salad amount is not bad but had no lime beside the 2 quarter pieces they provide and basically no flavor. That’s sad. Do better!

First time. I ordered breakfast scrambled eggs with ham and a coffee. Only one customer on a table already eating so no one waiting . After 20 min I asked about my order and wasn’t ready so I asked to be refunded since I had to leave . Server told me to try Mc Donald’s or any other fast food if I want something fast . Very rude comment
