I’m still traumatized that I found and ATE hair found in my food yesterday! I called to report it the restaurant and they refused to believe that it happened. See pictures for my proof. I asked if they wear hairnets or hair protection while preparing and cooking customer’s food and was told all they do they do is put their hair up. How unsanitary and disgusting! I will file a complaint with the health department & their corporate offices on Monday.

Onions, Green Peppers, Philly Cheesesteak Topping, Three Cheese Blend
Sauce: Ranch Sauce.
The pizza was very mushy, the side jalapeño was dry, and the sauce was a garlic sauce. Even worse, the sauce capsule was blown up inside the box.

I placed an order on the app and have never really had more than four occurrences where I left absolutely annoyed and upset. I understand that things happen but the girl gave my order to someone else and that made me have to wait another twenty minutes plus I was running late for work. No real apology at all. My time is valuable and I do not appreciate having to wait that long only to come back and wait longer while the two girls are in the back giggling. I do not even want anything more from this location. The food might be decent but it is not worth the headache. Do better.

I haven’t had pizza in a while & decided to get some Papa John’s, I ordered two large pizzas, one half mushrooms & jalapeños, the other half olives & pineapples. Took them home & the sauce had no flavor at all. I ended up adding some pickled artichoke hearts, spinach, red onions & seasonings. Now that defeated the cooking part, but tasted so much better I used their garlic butter to saute my veggies pretty good & you’re welcome Papa John for the added cooking tips. Sorry I was to hungry to take pictures of my added goodies. Here’s the before not to good looking pie.

Where to start. As I was waiting for my pizza I seen it coming out the oven. The person running the oven pushed another pizza on top of mine and bent it in half. I watched as one of the workers who was just touching the register go over and proceeded to use her fingers to move the pepperonis and cheese around. Then they let it sit there for about 5 mins get cold as they boxed about another 8 pizzas. Beyond disgusting. The manager proceeded to make me a new one only after i complained. She was apologetic but does not change the fact that her workers seen me standing there and still proceeded to act in this manner. The last time i will ever buy from this establishment.

Amazing pizza, no waiting time and the ladies working are wonderful and very welcoming. HOWEVER, the male packing all food items behind the counter appeared to come back from a delivery, walks into the place without washing his hands and prepares multiple meals including mine. I did not want to make a scene, however this is a flu/covid high season and there are no excuses for skipping sanitary guidelines. I will no longer shop at this location.

Placed an online order check out at 6:14 PM estimated delivery time 31 to 41 minutes. The pizza tracker I noticed my order was still in the prepared stages for over 20 to 25 minutes. I called the store spoke with a young lady who told me we don’t deliver to your address which is literally 2 miles away and we’re waiting for a door Dash driver to pick your pizza up. I asked the young lady for an ETA and she told me she had no clue what time the driver would arrive Papa John’s has no way of knowing. She then tells me my pizza is ready it has been placed in a warmer 20 minutes ago 7:05 PM and still no pizza. I called back to speak with the young lady to tell her I will come and pick the pizza up but I didn’t want any cold pizza the young lady tells me she canceled my order my refund will go back to my card 2 to 3 business days today is Thursday so meaning next week. I did Not ask her to cancel my order she say she canceled the order because she didn’t have a ETA on what time the door dash driver would be here horrible customer service I have no pizza not only do I not have pizza I also have to wait for a refund within 2 to 3 days overall bad experience I ended up getting out of bed going to the bank to withdraw money and picking up food elsewhere huge inconvenience for me. I will never ever order from here .

Parking lot is a little difficult to maneuver in and spaces are tight. Employees are professional and polite. Pizza was hot and delicious within the time frame promised of 10 minutes. I got the carry out special. $7.99 for a medium but why not get the large for a buck more!!

Fast customer service and 2 large pizzas for $18 for carry out deals. Not bad. I enjoy the cheese and pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and the crust is not chewy but soft.
