It is with absolute pleasure to inform all readers that (as of writing) this location has under gone a vast improvement! I’ve been a fan of Chipotle since a WA state tenure, and was thrilled and then quickly disappointed when one came to Oshkosh, but no longer. This store has gone from making sad thin burritos to making serious burritos with real heft. See photo. I look forward to returning.

I had trouble for three days placing a catering order for a very special event online. I walked into the Oshkosh location the day of the event, and Katie the manager was kind enough to accommodate me by pulling together a catering order for us during her busy lunch rush with absolutely no advanced warning. I was really looking forward to enjoying my burrito, but when I unwrapped it, I realized it was wrapped in the wrong paper. To make matters worse, I accidentally bit into my boyfriend’s burrito instead of mine, and I was left disappointed. My own burrito was a letdownit had just a tiny pea-sized amount of meat and yet I still attempted to eat ju the inside of it and it was absolutely gross I could not even enjoy this meal, making it seem sparse and unappetizing. Unfortunately, there was no way to get in touch with the store to let them know about this mix-up, and it left me feeling extremely frustrated. I just wanted a satisfying meal, and instead, I ended up with a bad experience.

I normally don’t do this but the situation i witnessed today hasn’t sat well with me. I had gone in today to get some great food around 2:35 at the Oshkosh establishment and witnessed one of the young female employees scream at another with cussing, i don’t even know who, I could not see them from where I was but it was appalling behavior. Im a 58 year old woman set in my ways of how i was raised in the world, I believe no employee should be screaming at another no matter the situation, and if that is how this employee conducts her work behavior then she should not be employed. If I ever see that kind of behavior again I will be calling corporate

We used to enjoy coming here a lot but the last few months we’ve noticed that the food quality has gone down, the portions they put in the bowls gets less and less and less with each visit. I always have to ask for more rice 2 or 3 times before it feels like it’s enough, especially when there’s only 3 ingredients in the bowl. this used to be worth the $60 for 3 people but it’s made me come here and less and less. :/ definitely a disappointment more than anything these days.

I have been to this location many times but today was very different the staff looked absolutely miserable and not friendly at all we kept the conversation light because of that no smiles no manners nothing it was the most awkward I have ever felt ordering food . The beverage cooler in the front had long hair attached to the bottles and it was grimy and dirty. I even pulled a long hair off the coca cola bottle and showed the guy and said gross where he just stood there and didn’t say anything. It was weird vibe for some reason . So we sat down to eat completely dead inside and the employees were just standing there trying not to stare while we ate nobody was talking. They just looked like statues and I felt weird to even eat inside. I have been a manager in food service before and instead of them standing there doing nothing why would they not have them cleaning tables and dining room; the nasty cooler literally anything?! So dumb! There’s always something to clean in a restaurant !Their ladies bathroom toilet Despenser was falling apart someone replaced the toilet paper but never put the cover on there was some brown stains in the sink . Overall 0 stars on atmosphere and customer service is lacking big time. People need to be trained to fake it till you make it. I will never go hear again . I’d rather go to Qdoba .

The service was poor some of the staff had poor people skills. the portions are way undersized to what I’m used to from other Chipotle locations got like three pieces of meat a sprinkle of cheese and just a lot of rice. I will be avoiding this Chipotle location in Oshkosh Wisconsin.

Order is wrong more often than not. Last time I ordered a bowl and got a burrito. Got a coupon that expires in a month for an entree that cost less than I paid for the bowl I didn’t get.

I come here often. I think I might stop. The price of the same thing I order every single time is NEVER the same. Staff is rude. I got a half a scoop of guacamole… if I’m paying extra I expect the WHOLE scoop. The person who wrapped my burrito today couldn’t wrap it and most of the chicken fell out, I asked for it to just be put in a bowl instead and to replace the chicken. Then I was paying she turns to her co worker and says right in front of me, “I don’t care”. If you don’t care why do you work there? The floors and tables were not clean at all.
