Stopped by the Sonic inside Stonebriar Mall for a quick refreshment. Ordered a Cherry Limeade and a Coke, both large. Drinks were fine—nothing wrong with them, but nothing particularly special either. The staff was sorta friendly, but the energy felt a bit low. Service was decent, just not very engaging. If you’re in the mall and need a quick drink, it does the job, but don’t expect much more.

Service was good. The server was as polite and helpful as possible but regardless of the level of service, I cannot overlook the glaring lack of standards and neglect of food safety. This location does not disassemble and thoroughly clean their tea urns. Plain and simple. You remove the spout, scrub the spout and urn, sanitize, air dry. That’s it. The black substance on the lid was bad but the black substance IN the cup was far more concerning but still not as horrendous as an actual bug floating in my tea. All of which likely could have been avoided if the urns were properly cleaned consistently. I strongly suggest all members of the leadership team at this location retakes their ServSafe certifications because food is not an industry you can neglect safety procedures. People get sick, people die from neglect at restaurants and while this may not be as severe as other health concerns, it is a glaring clue at the state of their kitchen. Do better if you’re going to serve.

Completely misleading marketing from Sonic, will never purchase anything from them again. Went to this location, saw they offer a ‘foot long Coney Island chili cheese’ hot dog. What they prepared was a foot long, however seemed to be a 1/2″ in diameter casing filled with pink slime, covered with a microcopic amount of sauce and cheese. If you like fake food, this place may be for you. If not, don’t waste your time and money.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The food quality was terrible—specifically, I witnessed an employee redip my popcorn chicken instead of preparing it fresh. I watched her grab some from a box from who knows where! I also ordered chili cheese tots, and they barely had any cheese on them. When I asked for a receipt, the manager (a thin, bald Hispanic man) refused to provide one. I attempted to return my meal and request a refund, but they refused. The manager’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this restaurant, and I would not recommend anyone eat here.

I love sonic, honestly I do, but ive never seen a sonic mess up my order so bad, so many times.
This sonic for some reason loves to not add the vanilla cream into my rootbeer when I pay EXTRA for it. I’ve had to go back several times and ask them to make it again, and the lady will roll her eyes at me. Today I went and got my regular rootbeer with vanilla cream and asked her if she added the cream after i took a sip and noticed there was no vanilla cream. She looked at me rudely and said “yes ma’am” but I know for a fact she didn’t cause I watched her MAKE the drink. I walked away and added my own cream to it. It’s not that hard to just add the cream. I will never be going back to this sonic to get a drink. EVER.

The fountain soda was slightly off that made the drink uncommon. Very large cup (filled to the brim) for a request for a small cup of coffee. Presumably coffee is not in demand here.

PLEASE FIRE ALEXA she messed up my order and refused to fix it and when she did she was constantly talking to all other employees there about my order….i used to love going to sonic but now i wont be going there anymore. very disappointed i expected better from sonic

If the franchise owner had any common sense. They would purchase a monitor that displays the order numbers that are ready for pick up instead of a lady saying the number in this extremely loud mall. It’s like a stampede food aid line in Gaza. It’s just chaos here.

I recently visited Sonic At Stone and had an amazing experience! The assistant manager Fares was the guy who took my order and he was so nice and helpful. The burgers were juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the milkshakes were thick and creamy. The place was clean and well maintained, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend Sonic for a quick, tasty meal. I will definitely be coming back!

Worst service and horrible food do not go there. Bad hygiene also. I ordered Strawberry smoothie, No, Strawberry inside. Half of the cup was cream. And it supposed to cold but it was very warm and liquidy. Another we ordered smoothie with cheese cake. No cheese cake. This is absolutely unacceptable in food industry. Employees attitude was kind of somebody force them to work.
