2nd time here they argued with my daughter because she wanted her bacon toasted separately and the sandwichtoasted separate. The man argued it would come out the same. Then the man tried to say meal of the day was ham. I know damn well he knew it was Thursday (turkey). Signs n pictures was available, he nonchalantly played it off. I wonder how many people fell for it.lol then to make matters worse my daughter got food poisoning never returning there again

Went here today to get food. Ordered two 6” subs, a cookie, and a bag of chips. Tipped 10% and paid like $20. Looked at the receipt and seen I was charged for a foot long and when I asked they played it off like it was cheaper? I didn’t want to argue with the person so I just left but I will not be back to this location!! Double check your receipt!!

We ordered online and picked up our food. When my wife got home she took a few bites into her sandwich and realized it was missing some items. She then called this location hoping they would make it right. When she told them it was made incorrectly their response was “So?”. We were then told to bring it in. When she arrived at the store they proceeded to take the sandwich that had already touched my wife’s mouth and wanted to just add the toppings to it. This is absolutely disgusting because how do I know that they have not done this same thing with a customer that has an illness that is spread via saliva. This is a health code violation and customers should be aware of the way this location does business. They then proceed to belittle my wife to the point that she walked out of the store without the original sandwich or a replacement. I was given a refund on the sandwich but I am fairly certain that it was only because I personally went back because I don’t think they would have given it to my wife based on her gender. I will be reporting the situation to the board of health.

This location is awful. Customer service provided by the manager or lack there of was horrendous. Tried explaining to the manager I understand the issue was because of the app but I am looking to you as the manager to help with some sort of solution not scream “nothing I can do nothing I can do” and laughing at a customer while other customer are in store. Subway should look at taking his franchise rights away. Would provide zero stars if possible. A joke of a franchise location with terrible service. I would not recommend to anyone.

Been going here for a couple years now and the current owners are great, they do a great job making the sandwiches and the veggies meat and cheese are always fresh unlike some other locations.

I frequent this location because its convenient. Today i ordered $32 worth of food, i arrived and every fountain drink is empty or “out of order” except coke, coke zero, and dr pepper. I ordered 2 sprite fountain drinks and the lady refused to switch the drink from fountain to bottled sprite. “It’s more expensive” – i really don’t care about to price, it’s the unwillingness to fix a problem at their restraunt. My children dont drink the available fountain options (like i said, i ordered sprite)
I, as the consumer, am not responsible for you not ordering your drinks on time from your vendor. No matter the reason, its simply not my fault. I left my $4 worth of cups sitting on the counter as i couldnt get what I paid for!
Also – STOP SMASHING MY BREAD. ITS A SANDWHICH. NOT A BURRITO!!
My family will likely not be returning to your subway franchise as the service was less than great.

If giving a place no stars was an option that would be preferred. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location. They only offer the coupon online so I ordered online. As I ordered and am waiting on my food they are taking care of everyone in the store as I’m sitting at the table waiting on my order. Then the app tells me my order is ready, and when I went up she was rude about it say it wasn’t ready and continued to help the people in line in the store. Then I asked if I could at least get the cups for my drink, and she said you’ll have to wait. So I continue waiting. As I’m waiting the line keeps growing and it’s taking them FOREVER to get sandwich’s made and out. Another lady walked in and had 20 minutes to get to work, they were also angry with how long it was taking. Between getting there and waiting on my food it took an hour which is absolutely unacceptable. Then I leave and on the app there was no place to put no marinara on the sandwich I went in a politely asked where I’m suppose to put on the app that I would not like Mariana if there’s no button and he began raising his voice and throwing his arms stating “we don’t make the app” EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years and not one time do you treat a customer this way WHOSE SPEAKING TO YOU POLITELY. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Kind of pathetic, he said they don’t honor coupons there, the coupon was for 3 footlongs for 17.99 then he proceeded to tell my wife it’s expensive to eat out yea it is especially when you don’t honor the coupons
maybe put a sign up saying you don’t take coupons or something oh well you obviously need the 12 bucks more than me!

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. We have not been to this location in I don’t even know how long, but it appears it is under new owners. It was so clean and inviting. The order area was exceptionally clean, stocked, and the food actually looked fresh.
We ordered 3 subs and they were built like you see them in the commercials. Full of ingredients and not sloppy at all. The staff was smiling, friendly, and very patient with our young daughter as she made her selections. We dined in and the dining area again was so also very clean. I’m glad we gave this location another chance because these new owners are making this a bright spot in Goshen.
