Great spot for takeout/delivery Chinese. After ordering here many times I can say Great Wall is probably the best in the area. Egg Foo Young, Lo Mein, Sweet and Sour, General.. it’s all good. Their soups are the best, egg drop/hot and sour . Pretty sure they’re a small run family business since everytime I’ve been there it’s always the same people. I’ve had delivery many times too and it always comes oddly fast (usually the same guy) so props to them. Overall 8.5/10, their inside is closed and kind of “Covid-style” so be aware of that.

I visited Great Wall yesterday. One of the items i ordered to go was the Shrimp Toast. When I arrived at home i was surprised to find that the Shrimp Toast was burnt. This surprised me because most of my past visits were good. This, however, was not good. We didn’t even bother to return it. I should have checked my ‘To Go’ items before I left.

I don’t go here often. Bad choice tonight. My lomein noodles were super dry, no sauce on the sesame chicken or General Tso’s. My chicken and broccoli was more like rice and broccoli. I barely had chicken and a bunch of rice and broccoli. Not to mention the egg rolls were not cooked all the way through. A little annoyed that I spent 35.00 and putting most of it in the trash. All of this pictured will go to waste.

The food is very good. The restaurant is lacking, still set up like during COVID times. I’ve also done delivery and that’s where is goes down hill. There is a language barrier which is fine but it’s the attitude when they get upset. We tried to do a tip and they declined it and demanded cash. I don’t carry cash. I explained that. They wanted to write my card information down and I did not allow that. They argued it for about 15mins and finally drove off. Tips are demanded so be cautious.

Well, they’re closed on Wednesdays, which is the first time I tried calling. Says they’re open on Google Maps, but they’re not. I pulled up to find out. Also, the address is 100% wrong. It’s in the area, but that address is a storage facility place.

This is one of our favorite Chinese places in Woodbridge. We’ve ordered Crispy Sesame Beef, Sesame Chicken, General Tso Chicken, Shrimp With Mixed Vegetables, Chicken Lo Mein, 2 different Chow Mei Fun, egg rolls, spring rolls, crab rangoon, and the dumplings and never been disappointed with any of it. The one thing I was a bit disappointed with was the fried rice. It’s not typical fried rice, and I don’t like it quite as much. Deliveries always arrive quicker than promised, and the delivery driver has always been nice to us.

Called to make an order for delivery, was asking the lady on the phone about price difference of upgrading fried rice to shrimp fried rice, the next I know the phone was dead quiet and I was hung up on. This place has no sense of customer service. We have had couple of bad experiences from this place but we just decided to give them one more chance, this was the icing on the cake. We will no longer order from here from here on out. Their arrogance knows no bound. Last time we ordered the delivery guy had me to come down to get my food when they know where to deliver to. I guess this what happens when you feel like you get enough customers to make enough money to be rude to other customers. Never ordering from again, so disappointed. Sad thing is this is a family business .
