Incredibly bland and overpriced food. The pho was like eating noodles in dish water, the egg rolls were obviously from a package and were soggy and the spring rolls were rice noodles, three shrimp and some lettuce. It was like eating a plastic display model of food: it looked good, but was tasteless. This is obviously the “What a Pho” place with a slightly different name and higher prices, they didn’t even bother changing the sign and probably only changed the name to escape from their crappy reviews. Which was easier than actually learning how to cook, I suppose.
