Loved my visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The service was excellent from start to finish. Jae was so nice, friendly, and welcoming they truly made my day with their positive attitude and great customer service. The smoothies were delicious and served quickly with a smile.

The best one is in Tucker. Jaye is the best she always give service with a big smile. The food is delicious and the smoothies are the best big for 7 bucks. I don’t like kiosk though the human interaction is way to important we cant let the clankers take over.

Love this location. The quality is what it should be. The vibe is really nice and the restaurant is very clean – inside and out. The employees are great and the customers are sweet. It’s a very intimate setting. I like sitting outside. Patience is next to Godliness. Food is made to order per customer. If you’re in a rush, order ahead and pick it up from the pick-up area. Ordered the Bahama Mama with extra Turbinado and they suggested the Mermaid Glitter on top. Why not, Mermaid treatment after a day of life-In…Sure….I added it in, and no regrets! Totally Delicious! 2 in a row and I can see it being more by weeks end. I enjoy the local coupons in the mail! Really great deals without having to depend on technology and an app!

After a walk around the community, I figured I’d try the new Smoothie King on an empty stomach. To my surprise in ordering the Bahama Mama bowl, the entire thing was completely frozen. Hard as a rock. No option to use a spoon for a dig in …anywhere in sight. So, I kindly asked for a refund and the customer service was good. I ordered the Mango Monsoon smoothie (which was made to order) and loved it! The only feedback I have is if offering bowls to eat, make them fresh on the spot. The location is beautiful and I do plan on coming back for smoothies in the future.

Gave us the wrong food on Sept 26. Was told by “lead” on duty that she would call her manager to authorize a refund at 2pm today and that the manager would call me. The wrong food isn’t such a big deal except we ordered what we did because my daughter has a gluten allergy. They gave us a salad with wonton strips all over it. She’s a week post surgery and hasn’t eaten in 3 days. All she wanted was their Caesar salad and they gave her the Thai one. I don’t think this location is going to do too well if they can’t get their act together.
EDIT: you gave me the web address to ORDER MORE FOOD!!! I tried to find recourse thru the corporate website with their feedback tab, but your store isn’t even listed on there so I can’t follow thru with a complaint there.. this is tupif over two dumb salads. Your manager and staff should be better trained to handle complaints and refunds.

The Agency
This location just opened and I’m so glad it’s close to my job! The staff is always super nice and very helpful, especially since I have food allergies. They take the time to make sure my order is right, and the service is always quick… I never have to wait long. I’m here a few times a week.

The staff is great and timely. The only hassle is the pathway from parking to the door. When it rains it’s muddy and a trip hazard. But other than that it’s a great location from my office.
